Nice accomodation, not expensive, very friendly and helpfull staff. Breakfast incl, basic, nothing special. Due to the very hot weather the rooms were too hot, no airconditioning available. Free wifi was positiv alltho it was quite slow. Location otherwise ok, the road only in a terrible condition. Alltogether a pleasant stay.
Nice little hotel in the middle of nowhere. Easy to access Koli by car in about 45 minutes. The hotel is nothing fancy, but it is functional and clean. They have a sauna and indoor pool which is nice. Breakfast was good enough. There’s also a game room.
Excellent place nearby several gorgeous Finnish national parks, that is, less than one hour away. We enjoyed the cleanliness and the rest at this somewhat isolated place. The Russian couple running is very helpful. They speak English and Russian next to Finnish. There are separate saunas for men and women as well as a large swimming pool. Food is basic but OK. The place was our base for some days in Sept 2020.
Perfect accommodation. The courtesy, availability and welcome of the staff made us feel at home. Strategic point to go to the nature reserve for bear watching. Best place in Finland! Alberto e Giulia, Milan, Italy
Very clean basic hotel with lots of activities(games, football field, gym, swimming pool, saunas). Nice clean and spacey rooms. Staff is very polite and helpful. Also nice terrace and small pond at the park style backyard.
Nice big room with good seating helpful staff Breakfast was not good for Finnish standards but edible Parking available Out of the way hotel secluded away from any town Separate men/womens sauna available swimming pool indoors not heated and seemed dirty water
We relaxed with our family (we and children 14 and 8) from 12/28/19 to 01/02/20 in this amazing place between several Finnish national natural parks. Recently renovated hotel pleasantly suggests home cooking and family atmosphere. For children and adults there are plenty of entertainments inside the hotel: a swimming pool, 2 saunas, a gym, billiards, air hockey, darts, table tennis and football; and on the territory: a large snow slide for tubing, a Finnish Kota with a grill for a fun company, a large parking where you can play hockey with a ball and, of course, a lot of snow to roll for children. The standard room rate includes breakfast, access to the pool and sauna. For dinner charge 10 euros per person extra. We didn’t take lunch, we bought in stores various European foods (fry sausages and cheese, drink tea with gingerbreads and cookies) J. On the photo there is a part from the New Year Eve’s menu. It was an unforgettable NY2020 celebration.…
