We stayed 1 night in tent. Facilities are great for a tent and also campervans. Very beautifully made, very clean, all new. It’s thought about everything, only thing was missing is hair dryer.
Kids enjoyed themselves in very good playground.
This is one of the best camping places we have stayed.
Beach is pretty but cold, not good for swimming.

Perfect caravan/camping/grill place for the whole family. Everything is at hand and brand new - beautiful seaside and great view, toilets, showers, washing/drying machines at your disposal. Lovely playground for children.
Stairway to the beach with the sauna on the way. Nice waves for swimming and stunning sunsets. Will definitely visit again!

Mereoja has friendly hosts, nice grass covered sites with power and small separating hedges, modern facilities for both the visitors and caravans (purging), a sizeable children's playground. We went there with two kids who spent half the time digging car tracks in the massive sand-covered playground, climbing the attractions and sorting through the toys in the playhouse. As we parked next to the playground, it was easy to send the kids out to play.
Tenters should also be comfortable there, one area for maybe three-four sites is also slightly separate. It's close to a bbq area, so food smells might not be avoidable. Tents can be pearched also in the "main" area, so both caravans and tents should feel equally welcome.
The long stretch of beach down the stairs from the site is fantastic for a stroll or building new paths for a small stream that flows to the sea. There is now a good restaurant less than 1km walk down the beach where also the beach itself is even nicer, we went there by bicycles along the winding village road which made the distance 3 times longer.

A very good value especially if the weather is good and you enjoy BBQ, being on the beach, birdsong and walking along the beach. It is near a busy main road but it was quiet on the site. We stayed in one of the 3 cottages which was more similar to a new hostel for a price of camping. Staff was friendly and I could sense pride in what they are doing so I highly appreciate such people. All facilities were new and spotless. Not often can I say "nice decor" when rating a campsite but this one certainly has had somebody with a good taste doing the interiors. I wish the site success in the future and highly recommend it to couples, families and parties of friends who enjoy staying in the nature with comfort.

I visited the campsite with family with 3 kids. We used tent.
The place has great big playground for kids. They have nice house and slides. There are a lot of toys. Everything has been just made and is brand new.
There is a beautiful pathway down to sea side and there where nobody else on the beach. We were not there on high season, but I still think that only campsite people would use the beach.
The service was very nice and helpful. We needed to return late and this was no problem.

A very peaceful and nice place. There were plenty of places. The showers, toilets, kitchen were clean and nice. You wouldn't think of a camp as an area. Great-looking cabins and ready-made teepee tents. A wide sandy beach, but this time I couldn't swim because of the waves Enjoyed!
