Overpriced noisiest room we've ever stayed in!! No AC! Room was hot and stuffy and had a sewer smell in bathroom so we had to leave windows open. Right on busiest road and paper thin walls! Could hear cars going by, people in hotel across the street, even heard every toilet flush in the whole building! Terrible night of tossing... More

We stayed in the 4-bedroom family suite at Harborview Inn from 3-6 September 2016. The cost was $269 per night, which was high, but we didn't mind because we were splitting it between 5 people. This suite was perfect for us, because everyone could spread out and have their own rooms. A couple of minor observations, but not a deal... More

It is not fancy. The staff was really friendly. They let us store our luggage in the office since we got in early. The rooms are clean. There are no bells and whistles. The free shuttle in Seward stops right at this hotel. Worked great for getting around town and for getting to the cruise ship. Don't stay here if... More

This motel was overpriced for the very basic room provided. The beds were fair. The bathroom is odd. No sink in the bathroom itself. The vanity and sink are located outside the bathroom, in the main part of the room. The towel rack is located behind the clothes rack that acts as a closet, right next to one of the... More

The room was clean. Coffee pot, hairdryer, and wifi. The wifi would disconnect once in awhile. The motel was convenient. Could see the harbor from our room. Two story building, no elevator. Room to sit outside.

Stayed here for one night after arriving to Seward from a cruise. The room was clean and nothing special but comfortable. We had a room on the second floor which was a pain as we had to haul up the suitcases. The location is great as it's close to the 'downtown' of Seward and close to the harbor...hence the name... Nothing special but a clean room & nice bathroom, carpet should be replaced. Bed was Ok, with firm mattress. No refrigerator in the room, big disappointment. One big plus was the towels. I like big plush towels. We were on the 2nd floor & the stairs were quite daunting to lug the suitcases. This seems to be a rather old... More

There is free shuttle stop at edge of property (runs till 7pm). Room is basic, clean. The mattress is more firm than I prefer. The walls don't block any noise and I heard shower next door on at 6am and wheels of luggage going past at 7am. I don't think AC worked and we slept with window open at night.... More

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Free WiFi. Pricing is average for the season. No breakfast included. Midway between harbor and downtown on main street coming into town. Ample parking available. Easy to find. Was able to make last minute reservations.

Stayed here after our cruise and didn't realize that it was so far from the port. My family doesn't mind walking but my father has arthritis and couldn't easily do the distance. It's a no frills hotel more like a motel. The sink is outside the bathroom. We had a first floor room that was a bit outdated. Breakfast is... More
