Annika's guest is a gem, nestled among the trees with an excellent view of Mt. Eva and most of all...quiet. We were greeted with what I must believe is Binget's tradmark cardomom bread. Yummy! There were small bouquets of flowers on the dining table, in the kitchen window, and in the bathroom. Another wonderful touch! After we had been settled... More

Stefan and Binget were awesome hosts and we loved staying in their special cabin, Annika's Guesthouse. The bed was comfy and our daughter loved sleeping in the loft. The view from the back patio of the mountain top was amazing. The warm cookies left for us on the first evening were great. If and when we come back to Seward,... More

We absolutely loved Annika's Guesthouse. It was perfectly cozy. The home was well kept. We were greeted by homemade Swedish bread and a handwritten note. The host Binget and Stephen are so sweet, Came to wish us off after a 2 day stay of deep sea fishing. They never bothered us at all. I would recommend this little hide away... More

We only stayed 1 night here while visiting Seward, as we booked at the last minute. But our short stay was quite enjoyable. The hand-built cottage pays close attention to every detail and is a beautiful retreat. With the loft you could Comfortably sleep a family of 4 or 5. The garden is beautiful and the owners and their children... More

This was a very comfortable space for the two of us. We were impressed with the craftmanship and how well the space was utilized. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The view looking out the back of the house is beautiful. Unfortunately, we did not get to meet the Nilssons because they were away, however, the person who took... More

This was the cutest little guest house tucked behind the Owner's house in a quite neighborhood. The Owner's are very warm and inviting and offered many tips for things to do and places to eat. The oatmeal cookies waiting on the counter were a welcome surprise. We would definitely stay here again.

We felt right at home! The very tasteful decor and exquisite craftsmanship make this an outstanding cabin! By far, the best one we stayed in during our 10 day Alaska visit! We appreciated  the Nilssons'  warm welcome which included a bouquet of lovely flowers and a plate of Swedish cookies. The cabin provided us with more than enough room, was... More

Annika's Guesthouse was a perfect place to stay while we were in Seward. The hosts were very responsive and easy to coordinate with and they are just a lovely family. The cabin itself is private, in a quite wooded area a short drive from the town of Seward. Super clean, very nice bedding, and equipped with anything you'd need. Loved... More

You will not find a better deal anywhere else around Seward. We stayed at this Guesthouse on two different weeks in July and Aug 2013. We could not have asked for a more enjoyable place... More
