Despite visting thru the years, this year was disappointing. For a start we found hair in breakfast. Secondly we found tissue in lunch. Thirdly, they didnt clean our room till 2pm. And lastly at our last day, they run out of shower towels and we used pool towels to take a shower. The only positive was the breakfast. I guess that was our last visit there.

Our flight was cancelled and we were accommodated to this hotel. Around 25-30 people, last minute, in a rush. Once arrived to the hotel, only kind, helpful and supporting personnel was met. They helped us with any question or issues, also cheered us up due to the cancelled flight and kept us updated about the happenings. We didn't met the manager, who - as we heard - was very kind and also allowed us a late hour check-out, on our day of departure. All staff members were great, starting from receptionists untill the chef. But Yiannis, the bar manager was the best. Kind, great humor, always had time for us, hard working and supporting. Thank you for this! Rooms were clean, bed was great and the view astonishing. Breakfast and lunch simply delicious and exactly what you needed. The area around the hotel is full with villas, is more for longer stay, car or bike is required to move around for shop or any market. The pool and poolside is also nice, the water could have been a bit cleaner but overall, a great spot to relax. Faros beach is close to the hotel with great bar, friendly staff and nice seaside with beachvolley. All in all: we were lucky we had this accomodation for our forced stay. Thank you all for the good times!

We were sent here after our flight was cancelled. + The room was nice and well-appointed, with a large, comfy bed. + Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, despite being a little flustered at check-in by the large number of passengers foisted upon them by our airline. + Yiannis the bar manager was kind and extremely welcoming with a wicked, dry sense of humour, and really made our stay memorable. The breakfast and dinner buffets were of a good standard and quite tasty. Drink prices were standard, and the cocktails were very good! +/- The reception team were very quick to deal with room issues, however on reporting our fridge was broken, it appears that the maintenance team plugged the fridge back in without double checking whether a fuse was blown (the likely culprit) and it therefore remained non-functional. +/- The hotel is a little way from the nearest town or shop (although there is a small hotel shop selling basic necessities e.g. hygiene, snacks, etc.) however the manager was kind enough to lend us his bike to cycle there when we needed something the hotel shop didn't have - such a lovely chap! +/- Room not cleaned daily. Unsure if this was due to the airline booking the stay, or whether this is a policy as an 'eco-friendly hotel'. Didn't bother us, as frankly a daily room clean was not necessary, but this should be noted if you are expecting it as part of your stay. - Jacuzzi bubbles did not seem to be functioning during our stay. Overall, an unfortunate situation given the circumstances, but E Hotel really helped us make the best of a bad situation.

Despite our disappointment of flight cancellation, Yiannis, the restaurant manager, who appeared to be doing much of the running of the hotel, made our stay enjoyable. Service with a smile, nothing was too much effort. Thank you Yianni.

The view from this hotel is unreal, on the sky bar you get an overview of the whole city and can see the most amazing sunsets. The pool area is lovely and they have plenty of sunloungers - the cocktails are amazing and so cheap only €5.50! You can have them by the pool which is lovely. The rooms are decent, they aren’t amazing but they are clean and have everything you need, the rooms even have UK plugs! , I would definitely recommend getting a sea view as then you can see the sunset over the sea and mountains. The food is always very nice and filling, it is usually a buffet but at lunch/If you want a snack they have a small menu you can order from and all the food on there is also always very nice. The hotel staff are lovely and always friendly and super helpful. Elena who works at the bar/waitresses is very kind and helpful. Vicky who works at reception is lovely and always smiling :) they are all very sweet and there’s lots of friendly cats here that they feed and look after so it’s really nice you can go outside and pet the cats. Yiannis makes the hotel!! I would definitely come back just for his hospitality! If it wasn’t for yiannis this hotel wouldn’t be nearly as good or efficient. We are two young girls and he looked after us all week and made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we got taxis safely as we didn’t know the area and they often didn’t speak good English. He can speak over 5 languages! If you come to this hotel definitely go to the bar and see him he will make your whole holiday 🥰 There isn’t too much around the area but there is a lovely restaurant that I have pictured, the food and drinks are amazing and very cheap, the ambience is lovely and the bar man is very friendly and helpful! If you go in the day you have a lovely view of the sea and at night it’s all light up. Faros beach is beautiful and the sea is lovely there is also coconut beach which has a beach bar and free wifi! There is also a very good little supermarket that Vicky will be able to show you, it has everything you need and is so cheap!

Our insurance company booked us a night here following our eventful extended holiday . We were treated well and had a restful stay . The staff were amazing and helpful . My husband couldn't get down to breakfast , due to his injury , the restaurant manager told me to chose food and drink and carried it up to our room for him . Nothing was too much trouble , we had a very chilled and relaxing stay . W e would have been happy staying longer .

Hotel is located in a quiet and lovely place very close to the beach. very clean and amazing food but after all the customer service is impeccable. The manager of the hotel is very friendly and very helpful in solving all problems. I highly recommend going there for both a family trip or a solo getaway.

Around 40 of us were taken to this hotel unexpectedly after Wizz Air cancelled our flight. The hotel staff were really friendly and much more helpful than the Wizz Air team. The bar man, Yanni, was kind enough to keep giving us updates on our situation and was generally nice to chat to. We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel itself is nice too. Breakfast was fresh. Sofa bed in the room was the comfiest sofa bed ever. Only criticism is the small pools could've been cleaner.

We stayed here for 16 nights recently and couldn't have been more satisfied with the hotel, staff and the service we received. We have stayed here in the past and when looking for a hotel in this lovely area of Cyprus, had no hesitation in booking again. Antonis the Manager and his staff were so pleasant and helpful and we hope to go back next year.

I stayed at this hotel about 9 years ago and at that time I would have recommended it. I was there last week and I must say I was a little disappointed. Firstly I would like to say that the staff were amazing especially the manager Andoni and Maria at reception, they really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable and nothing was too much trouble for them. If you are looking for a lively place this hotel will not be for you and you will most definitely need a car, there are no shops at walking distance and the nearest restaurant is quite a walk away, really not convenient when the hotel restaurant is not open everyday. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful location then it's actually quite a nice place. The reception and breakfast area of the hotel are lovely so is the pool area but the outdoor furniture is in need of replacing and the bedrooms could really do with being updated and freshened up.
