This hotel is lovely. I feel like home. Almost all the staff are professional efficient, friendly, and always here to help you, especially Stezia and Georges at the Reservation/Reception. Maria (night shift) is so kind and helpful; because we didn't like our room, she spoke to the manager and upgraded our room into a Garden villa room!! The hotel is generous. They offer free water everywhere. at the lobby, during breakfast, at the gym... especially during our stay when it was +35 degrees. Breakfast is tasty, especially the "croissant" and the fried mushrooms.. The rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfy. Elena and Yiannis are very attentive at the bar and always want to help. Preet is everywhere and very quick to help you no matter how busy he is. The hotel faces Almi Bay, a beautiful sandy beach surrounded by stunning villas and a relaxing place to walk in the morning. It's 10 minutes from Larnaca Airport so you can fully enjoy your last day!!! Joëlle I., from Beirut-Lebanon

We stayed here to attend a wedding in Larnaca as main hotel was fully booked. We really thought the hotel was good value for money and really appreciated the very early checkin. The pool area was great but could have done with friendlier & better poolside service. However, it’s in the middle of nowhere and the beach is not great! We were looking forward to trying the restaurant after reading all of the reviews but when we did it was awful🤤 Yes lots of choice at breakfast but only the fruit was worth eating.! We ate at the restaurant across the road called Theta Mediterranean but Theta were closed on the Monday and we ate in the hotel - chicken was raw and made my husband ill. We did tell them and were horrified to find they still charged us. I write & asked them for the managers email but was ignored😡 shame as they seemed nice while we were there!

Avoid this hotel at all costs! The room was infested with mold, the mold was rampant on the walls. the air conditioning didn't work, and cleanliness was abysmal. Terrible experience overall. 1 out of 5 stars.

We were placed here after our Easyjet flight was cancelled. We arrived at 4am & the man on reception was lovely, even though Easyjet hadnt confirmed with the hotel that we were all arriving they did their best to get us into our rooms as quickly as possible. We ended up being 'stranded' here for 4 days as Easyjet couldn't get us out any quicker. We were very frustrated & angry but the hotel staff especially Yiannis made it special for us!! He kept our spirits up & made sure we had an enjoyable experience. They made us feel at ease & kept us up to date every step of the way. Also Nicoletta, Preet & Love were also brilliant & were always on hand to help in any way they could & put a smile on our faces. Easyjet only supplied 2 meals a day but the food was lovely & the chef always had a smile on his face. The rooms were lovely & had everything we needed. As we didnt have any toiletries with us as we had left them all in our previous villa, the hotel had a little shop where we could get toothpaste, shampoo etc. The rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels supplied. We had amazing sea views which was great. One our last day our flight wasn't until 10.40pm & Easyjet wouldn't pay for late check out or an evening meal!!! But Yiannis let us check out at 5pm so we could shower & change before our flight home. There isnt much around the hotel as it is in a small village, there is a shop around a 20 min walk away. Even though we were forced to stay here after being dumped by Easyjet, we ended up having an unforgettable 4 days & met some wonderful people who we will never forget. We are truly grateful to all the staff for looking after us & making us feel so welcome. I would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone, the rooms, the views, the staff, everything was brilliant. We already miss the team & would definitely go back & see them all next time we are in Cyprus. Although we will NEVER, EVER fly easyjet ever again!! Thanks Yiannis & team.... Annette, Mike, Bradley & Ian.xxxx

It is not the hotel. It is the chef. The spaghetti napolitana I have received for 8 euro was the best I have ever had. And I am a tour guide travelling everywhere. I had called the chef. MICHAEL his name. To tell him how shocked I was to receive such a dish in a hotel at the tip of cyprus. Life brings you the most amazing surprises.

Good stay here with a decent bedroom and large bathroom. Parking was narrow and tricky to navigate. Not much around here in terms of food though, and it was expensive for the night compared to other places we stayed at.

After being stuck in Cyprus following a flight cancellation we were sent to the E Hotel and Spa. Fantastic big room, magnificent pool and outside area and more importantly brilliant staff from top to bottom. They couldn't do enough for us, way beyond the call of duty for which we shall be forever grateful. The food was also excellent and very well priced. Fantastic view from the roof top. Would definitely go back if only to be so well looked after.

Despite visting thru the years, this year was disappointing. For a start we found hair in breakfast. Secondly we found tissue in lunch. Thirdly, they didnt clean our room till 2pm. And lastly at our last day, they run out of shower towels and we used pool towels to take a shower. The only positive was the breakfast. I guess that was our last visit there.

Our flight was cancelled and we were accommodated to this hotel. Around 25-30 people, last minute, in a rush. Once arrived to the hotel, only kind, helpful and supporting personnel was met. They helped us with any question or issues, also cheered us up due to the cancelled flight and kept us updated about the happenings. We didn't met the manager, who - as we heard - was very kind and also allowed us a late hour check-out, on our day of departure. All staff members were great, starting from receptionists untill the chef. But Yiannis, the bar manager was the best. Kind, great humor, always had time for us, hard working and supporting. Thank you for this! Rooms were clean, bed was great and the view astonishing. Breakfast and lunch simply delicious and exactly what you needed. The area around the hotel is full with villas, is more for longer stay, car or bike is required to move around for shop or any market. The pool and poolside is also nice, the water could have been a bit cleaner but overall, a great spot to relax. Faros beach is close to the hotel with great bar, friendly staff and nice seaside with beachvolley. All in all: we were lucky we had this accomodation for our forced stay. Thank you all for the good times!
