We have just returned from a 7 night All Inclusive stay here and overall was a very pleasant stay! The hotel itself is incredibly clean and tidy and all the staff are so friendly! Room wise our room was spacious and clean with an excellent view from the balcony. The sheets were pretty poor though as only 2 single mattresses pushed together so sheets came off throughout night. Also although booked a double we had to make do with 2 single duvets :( The air conditioning was excellent though! Food wise there is a good selection and all served very hot although as with many all inclusive resorts the selection does become quite samey after a few days especially as selection at lunch time and then dinner was quite often pretty much the same on the same day! Drink wise on an all inclusive is not the best unfortunately. The lager on tap was good enough but outside of that the soft drinks were of pretty poor quality although the cocktails were pretty nice! Steer clear of the wine as with every all inclusive hotels I have been to! Make sure you take advantage of sitting in the lobby bar as is very comfortable and music choice is excellent for an evening! The poor is fantastic - Nothing else to say really! Plenty of loungers, very good size! Entertainment - Pretty much non existent during the day apart from the odd session of aqua aerobics and due to the lack of a separate bar area for the evening the bands were next to the pool 3 evenings whilst we were there which doesn't really give much of a sense of occasion and also means you have to put up with the sound until 11 at night :( Location - Right on beach, easy walk into Tucepi with a huge choice of restaurants! We ate out one night and had a fantastic meal - Pizzas were out of this world! All in all it is a very good hotel at a reasonable price although with a few tweaks really could be fantastic!!!

Location Great location, immediate access to the beach outside the hotel, plenty shops, restaurants and bars outside the hotel on the beach walkway. Sunbeds are 50kn, umbrella 30kn outside the hotel. If staying all inclusive you can take drinks to the beach just take your cups back. There is an inflatable waterpark on the beach just a dhort walk up from the hotel. Pool Great pool with plenty sunbeds and umbrellas. Guests do tend to put towels down from 7am so you may need to set your alarms. If you get a sunbed without an umbrella you can ask a member of staff at reception to call someone and they will try and find one for you. Rooms Rooms ok, showers are really small. We asked for more pillows from reception which turned up within 1hr. Plenty draws/wadrobe space for unpacking. No extra for safe. Couple issues with room the beds are twin beds pushed together with 2 single sheets. I was expecting a double bed. The safe if you are under 5ft 4 is in a bad location as too high up in the wadrobe. The hairdryer is also in a bad location as too high up. All inclusive Plenty food choices for everyone Breakfast: fruits, yogurt, cooked breakfast, cereal, pastries, tea/coffee and soft drinks Lunch/Dinner: chips, pizza, fish, meat, salad, pasta, deserts Snack bar: this seemed to be the same every day, chips, hot dogs, ham, cheese, tomato, pretzels, biscuits and ice cream Couldn't really understand what was/wasn't included on all inclusive alc0ohol wise. The reception bar was different to the pool bar but no menu to show what was included anywhere. Soft drinks were ok. Only downfall was the duration from split airport varies anywhere from 1hr 30 - 2hr 30 traffic depending. This is outside of the hotels control though.

This year, for the second time in a row, we spent part of our vacation in the hotel-resort Neptun in Tučepi. Our stay was again pleasant and beautiful, thanks to the complete offer of the hotel. The rooms are clean, the maid cleaning every day, we stayed in the hotel annex, but I like that part even more than the central part of the hotel. The location is superb, right on the beach, with its own pool and free sun loungers and parasols. The offer is all inclusive, which means three main meals a day on a buffet basis, and a snack in the afternoon. Pool bar is open from 10 am to midnight, lobby bar from 8 am to 11 pm. All homemade drinks are free with three ready-made cocktails, or cocktails of your choice. A small remark is the breadth of the free cocktail list, I think more can be offered here. I also have no complaints in the food offer, although local specialties could be offered a little more imaginatively, which would certainly be interesting to foreign guests. The staff is perfectly friendly and at your service, including the reception and hotel managers, who take care of the hotel’s rating. In any case, we warmly recommend the hotel, because we had a wonderful time, and I believe we'll return to it again.

We had a very relaxing stay at Bluesun Neptun Hotel. It was our first time to Croatia - it did not disappoint - with the stunning setting of mountains and sea! While it was not the romantic break we might have liked, as it was crowded with kids, the noise and activity just melted away with the constant scenic views and lovely pool and sea right in front! Also plenty shops and restaurants all along the beachfront. The hotel caters well for kids and they seemed very happy! Also the staff were mostly friendly and helpful, no issues. It was unfortunately hard to strike up conversations as they were wearing masks because of Covid, but I admire their perseverance. The way they dealt with the food and cleanliness of areas was superb. The negatives at this hotel was there was only one restaurant for all meals and not the greatest food. The drinks were virtually undrinkable - both the soft drinks and alcohol, so we bought our own and went out to eat a few times. We had read the reviews beforehand and were expecting this, so it wasn’t a shock. The activity program was fantastic. This is what really made the holiday for me. There were kids games, but what I enjoyed was the yoga and daily aqua classes. Sejla headed the team and she did yoga with me most days - I especially got up early for breakfast to be able to get to her for yoga, as it was very beneficial - she went at my pace. We did it under the trees with the mountains above, so it was tranquil. She and her team also did aqua classes and I thoroughly enjoyed these - very energising and fun! So I recommend to give these a try - you won’t be sorry - Sejla is lovely and will take care of you!
