Newly built, good cleaning and the beach in front. Everything with the stay was positiv. Our appartment was Sipak, from the terrace we looked over the trees. The host was very kind and helpfull. We would like to come back someday!

We stayed last year and this place was perfect. Small new apartments - beautifully decorated - with absolutely everything you need in the apartment, especially the kitchen which had a dishwasher, microwave etc and absolutely everything else you will need. All the furniture is new and nice.
This is STEPS from the ocean. You walk down the stairs, across the promenade and you're there. For us travelling with a toddler, it made our holiday just so easy, no carting things around as the apartment was so close to everything - yet - at night it was so quiet. The best of everything.
The only downfall was a lot of the time the Wi-Fi was slow and perhaps they could add in a small play area for kids, but really, this is a great place and worth the money.
5 stars - can't recommend highly enough.

Fantastic apartment. Right on the esplanade with the gorgeous Adriatic on your doorstep. OMGSH the water ❤️. It’s like swimming in a glass of clear water. Great location with supermarket shops and restaurants nearby without smelling what’s cooking. Perfectly set up for self catering however we were only there for 2 nights so didn’t bother. Plenty of options for breakfast lunch or dinner nearby. We didn’t venture far as the location is so beautiful we just wanted to savour every moment of our time there. Secure underground parking in a locked garage. Thoroughly recommended

We stayed for a week at Villa Ban in apartment A3 Limun. It was beautifully furnished and equipped, with an amazing large patio overlooking the sea. We felt very lucky to have discovered it after searching for accomodation on many websites. The beach across the walkway is rocky, but lounges are available and beach shoes should be worn. Hearing the surf at night with the patio doors open was a great way to go to sleep. Ivana was very helpful showing us how to catch the bus to either Split or Dubrovnik, just up the stairs to main road. You don't need a car, we just walked to nearby villages of Podgora and Makarska. There are many good restaurants close by, but recommend taking the 20 minute hike up to 'Ranc^' for a authentic Croatian meal.

I am sure that Villa Ban is on the top list at Tucepi. The owners care about the comfort of their guests. It is always clean and neat. This is our favorite holiday destination on the Adriatic coast for many many future years! I'm sure! Thank you, Niksa :) !

Very pretty and spacefull, near the sea. All you need is there, very well equipped kitchen and rooms, big bathroom, parking spaces. Everything is clean and in order. Our host was very kind and helped us with every question we had. Along the sea you can walk towards the coffee shops and stores, people are very nice and like to help.
Spring and autumn are beautifull to spend there. For climbers and mountaineers also, in a few km you can come to Biokovo, hike or climb.

We've had the pleasure to stay there long before high season, we've planned only 1 night, but ended up staying 3 nights because we simply couldn't leave this place. Location is amazing, I don't know how it is in season but it was so quite, cameral and romantic. You feel like you actually live on the beach not in the apartment. Apartment itself was really impressive, there's everything you might need including parking, sunbeds, water mattress, fully equiped kitchen, comfortable beds, a lot of space. It is beautifully designed - we have stayed in 'Lavender' and everything there was white with lavender details (like mugs, candelsticks, towels, etc.). I expect that other apartments have different motives and therefore colors - really impressive and appreciated, you got the feeling that someone with awesome taste really cared for your pleasure. I couldn't spot any disadvanteges of this place. Perfection.

This is the 3rd time that we have stayed in Villa Bann the apartment still looks new!! The owners are very friendly & helpful. Our bedding & towels are changed on a regular basis days whilst we are there. It is very clean comfortable, lovely fews of the mountains & sea. Very close to bar resturants supermarket highly recommend.
