We stayed at Joanne & Randy's White Sands Village condo in October 2016. The property was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. The condo is located on the top floor of the building with great views of the ocean and the pool. The unit has been beautifully upgraded and was in immaculate shape upon our arrival. A very nice...

We have stayed here at the White Sands Condos several times. We love the complex, and unit 201 is a front condo with a double balcony. The condo location was fantastic, front row seat to watch the body surfers at Magic Sands beach. This particular condo is managed by Sun Quest vacation rentals, I would rate them as with a...

My sis jointly owned a condo here for 20 years, and so I visited often. The property consists of three 3-storey structures with elevators, two fronting Alii Drive directly across from Magic Sands (aka Disappearing Sands, Magic Sands) beach, and the third unit set back behind the other two. That third structure us quieter because it's not as close to...

The suite was sweet. Slept 5 (3 grown kids) easily and had plenty of space for food and we were never cramped in. Easy to cook in and good balcony to eat outside. The pool was clean and rarely busy which was nice. Good way to take a break from the beached or hikes. BBQ pit was great too! Kept...

My colleague and I were here not to enjoy the beaches or volcanoes or astronomy, but to conduct research on birds we were studying. We stayed in vrbo listing #305117 (condo #327). At first I was not sure how great it was (not the newest or fanciest furnishings) but after a week I really appreciated it. We did not need...

Right across from the beach. While Ali'i Drive is quite busy we had no problem with the traffic. By bed time traffic was all but gone and all you heard was the pounding of the surf which I found quite pleasant to fall asleep. There is no air conditioning in the condo but with the doors and windows open and...

The condo we stayed at had everything you need for a stay. It was very peaceful and quiet. You could walk down to the beach and enjoy the waves crashing against all of the black lava. Will go back in the future

This review is specific to unit #228 (2bed/2bath) managed by Wanee McCabe. We were scheduled to stay at this property from 1/10-1/18. From the beginning of the process, there were some delays on the side of the owners. The delays were never terribly outrageous, so it didn't raise a red flag with us - it was normally things like, I'm...

The good thing first: the location of this complex is awesome if you like to enjoy the beach and the beautiful sunset down there. However, you really have to go down there to the shore to see all this brilliance. I still don't understand why the people who constructed these buildings have built it right-angled to the shore. Like that,...

We stayed in rm 306. Owned by Joanne and Randy. Very beautiful condo with beautiful updates. Everything you need is in this condo. Great pool, hot tub and grill area too. Just steps away from a beautiful sandy beach for swimming and steps away from a little bay to the left for sea glass picking as well as coral. Huge...

“There are 3 buildings, 2 close to the road with the pool between as shown in the picture and 1 building in the back. If you stay in the back you will have to walk further to the pool and beach. If possible I would recommend an end unit as you get 2 extra sliders in the living/dining area and a wrap around lanai that is twice the size. I stayed in the end unit opposite the beach which was nice as the trade winds blow from that direction so it always had a nice breeze flowing through. I would have given up the breeze and put up with street noise in exchange for the beach view on the other end but I'm sure that would be at an extra cost.”
