We had a great time here, for the Ironman world championships. place was very clean and tidy. the pool was very good for the kids. close to shops too. a couple of negatives were that the tv's were very old and one didn't even work. the AC had seen better days so didn't touch it, not enough chairs for the...

The pros: The location of the condo is very nice. It's right on the water and offers amazing sunsets. Booking this condo was easy, and any issues or questions we had were answered very quickly. The pool area has just been redone and is very nice. Location to downtown Kona is nice. Within walking distance to shopping and food but...

Stayed here in May 2013. Nice resort located amidst lava grounds. Close to the ocean and our views from the second floor were amazing. Tennis courts on site, and only a few miles from downtown Kona and a snorkeling area.

First the grounds - Surf and Racquet Club. Beautiful grounds and depending which unit you rent (more on ours later), spectacular views. While we have not and will not play tennis, the courts are gorgeous. We have spent an afternoon poolside. Great pool, but they are getting ready to remodel the pool in August 2016. There is a peaceful private...

First of all, on a scale of 1-10, this place is a minus 10. Similar to others' reviews, our group also experienced major issues with this place. 1. The place is so badly maintained, we needed bug spray on any visible skin as well as clothing INDOORS due to fleas jumping on us and biting us. If the health department...

We rented this unit for six people, staying for two weeks. The location is just as advertised, nice golf course view, bit of ocean visible in the distance. Its on a quiet corner, with a huge banyan tree beside the lanai, shaded in the early morning. KKSR is close to shopping centre, Keauhou Bay and has quick access to Mamalahoa...

Unit 3-102 was so badly maintained there is not room to list all the problems. The owner did nothing to correct serious issues. This is a great complex that we have stayed at before and been very happy. NOT THIS UNIT!

Horrible place to stay!! The appliances (toaster, coffee pot, microwave, ice maker) all need to be replaced because they are old and dont work. There is mold in both bathrooms from obvious water damage (probably from the toilet that is not secured to the floor, or the shower that doesnt work consistently). They really need to repair the plumbing problems...
