Have stayed at Sea Village every summer for the last 10+ years, and next year may be looking for a quieter spot. Seems vacation rental companies have been buying up the units and marketing them, quite successfully, for short-term vacation stays. Lots of families with young children, which might not be too unbearable except when they are staying above you... More

The resorts' 2 biggest problems are: 1. there's no central air conditioning in the condos. There are times that it gets up to 90° or more in the bedroom. Yes they provide two fans, but all those do is swirl hot air around the rooms - definitely doesn't cool anything off. Thank goodness I found out (from another guest who... More

The grounds were gorgeous, highly maintained, pool a bit small but real clean. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with a lania overlooking the pool, grounds and a ocean view. We went the end of July for 8 nights and the humidity was crazy and there is no air conditioning, only ceiling fans and floor fans, which was a bit... More

Beautiful, but was unbearable to sleep without air conditioning. Also while trying to get ready to go somewhere. Had a great ocean view, but at the time there were no trade winds and we had to keep the front and patio doors open for any breeze, which made me uncomfortable just having screen doors for protection. We actually went in... More

Everything was awesome!! Especially Missy Ching in the front office, so nice and welcoming!! Enjoyed a variety of activists at a discounted rate and even had a paint night event in the main lobby. Lots of fun

Wish it had air conditioning and elevators. But other than that a wonderful place. Easy to get to everywhere. The view from the balcony is right at waters edge. Nice landscaping. Very nice people in the office. Check there for donated beach stuff. It comes and goes. 😀

We stayed here at one of the Vacation International rooms the first week in June, 2016. The day we checked in it was 86 degrees F, We were first given a room in building 3 on the 2nd floor. The temperature in the room was well over 90 with the sun streaming through the patio windows which face into the... More

The view from unit 4312 was ocean front and it was extraordinarily good! You felt like you were on top of the sea it was so close. This condo is in block 4,which is furthest from Ali Drive so no traffic noise. Plus on 3rd floor, so you never hear people walking above you! Nicely decorated with all mod cons,... More

Last year we stayed at the Sea Village Resort for our 1st time and really loved the property, the location etc. We had heard that they were being remodeled (at least the ones owned by Vacations Internationale and hoped we would get a newly updated unit but we didn't. So this year, i had mentioned that to the receptionist with... More
