A good comfortable unit, in a good location. No views but can't complain for the price. Pool area was excellent. No a/c but ceiling fans work well and the room had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking.

This condo has one of the better views of the Kailua coast. Views of the surf breaking on reef are just below the condo and the sound of breaking waves at night lull you to sleep. This condo was stocked with most of condiments necessary for cooking, coffee filters, you name it and it was there. Laundry soap, dryer sheets, those... More

Wonderful place to stay. Close to many beaches. Private pool and BBQ area. Walking distance to downtown Kona.....walking through downtown Kona, day or night is spectacular. At sunset, watch from the balcony or sitting on a. Ice bench st ocean's edge.

Our 1 bedroom unit was perfect. Clean, good location - unit contained everything we needed. Our only complaint was that it seemed as if on site staff were unavailable several times when we tried to locate someone for help.

The condo grounds and property are amazing! If you get an updated unit, you'll love it here. Do your homework! Unit 217, however was very worn and in need of some major upgrading. On arrival, spent close to 4 hours cleaning. Counters were wiped only where you didn't have to move any appliance. Crumbs on counters and food splashed up... More

Unit 208 was a lovely condo in a nice location but a terrible holiday. We arrived on Saturday of March 2016 for the holiday we booked in September of 2015 and were advised upon arrival by Kona Coast Management that there would be construction of jack-hammering on the lanai, floors and carpet being replaced in Unit 308 above. We had... More

We enjoyed our stay our 7 day stay.. The condo is clean, nicely furnished, fully equipped with great storage options. Comfortable and pretty lanai with a partial ocean view. This complex is a good option if you want a sense of community. Owners and renters who return every year know each other and gather for pool time and sunsets.

I would not stay in this unit without assurance from the owner that you can personally meet with the cleaning crew just prior to your departure to assess any possible hidden damage. WHY? Because you cannot defend yourself against claims of irreparable damage and/or increased cleaning fees if you don't. This happened to us. Our $350 Security deposit was not... More

We did our homework before we chose which rental to go with but were a little disappointed with our choice. There is a mix of full-time tenants/owners and rentals. Individual owners rent out their units or have a property management company do it. The one we chose was mostly looked after by a small property management Co. but the owners... More

This is an older building that is nicely landscaped. Our condo was not right on the ocean but the condos are angled such that they all have some of a view. We were on the first level next to the pool but didn't see/hear anyone using it. The condos are located (for us) within walking distance to town so we... More
