Lovely hotel and very lovely staff who told us where to go to eat dinner away from the tourist traps. Decent large room with plenty of lights with which to read maps for biking etc. Simply splendid choice of things to eat at breakfast and for my husband and me very good coffee which is important to get me going... A small hotel, just a little outside town (by which I mean 150 metres) but conveniently located. Very, very friendly and helpful. Small pool inside and sauna etc. Room was a good size with nice décor. Breakfast was OK though they tended to run out if you were late up. They don't do evening food but there is lots within... We actually cycled from Motovun to Novigrad to reach this hotel and initially I was very disappointed as my family and I cycled past ... numerous fast food stalls, seriously touristy open fronted beach shops and gaggles of street vendors ... this whole area felt rather cheap and dirty. A little like a kiss me quick Blackpool era. However once... More

We stayed to Hotel Villa Cittar for the third time. Small but fine. Nice rooms, private parking, frendly reception. Close to the center and marina. Some good restaurants close to the hotel. Brekfast could be better. Good value for money.

We stayed here for one night while on a cycling holiday in Croatia. The hotel is quite new, the rooms were very well furnished and decorated and a decent size - the aircon was effective and not too noisy. The location is close to the town centre and harbour but reasonably quiet (we were at the back and the only... More

Hotel is new, clean and staffed by very pleasant people. Building is new so room was fully air conditioned and well appointed. Bathroom was clean and well equipped. Hotel is situated in a quiet area, close to the town centre. Moderate choice at breakfast and certainly if you are down late then choice rapidly diminishes. Good selection of coffees to... More

very nice small hotel with excellent rooms with air condition, minibar and TV. The bathroom is fully equipped and rather large. Very good breakfast with several choices of ham, sausages and cheese. Limited on site parking is available free of charge. The hotel is just a fewss teps from the historic city of Novigrad.

I have been to 4-star hotels and even 5-star service could have lessons with the staff of this hotel. The service always friendly and think the good of the client, is very good. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, not usual for this category of hotels. The restaurant has more fame than quality, but the small bar and terrace... More

“I would advise requesting a top floor room with a view to the front of the hotel and the rear is shocking, you are staring directly at a block of dirty flats and the rooms do not have day curtains so you are rather exposed. Once more tip pack a bottle opener as they only have one in the hotel.”
