The Delfin hotel occupies a superb location in Zelena Resort, just outside Poreč, on its own verdant peninsula offering ample shade and protection from the sun along a strip of beaches of all kinds. There are plenty of refreshment stalls selling fruit and snacks along the beach, as well as a restaurant, so you can stay there all day if you like. If you'd like to explore nearby picturesque coves or go into town along the seaside promenade, hop on a bike or rent a boat. Rooms are snug and well kept, with comfortable beds. Most have balconies that offer nice views of the surrounding area and the islands in the distance. Sunsets are amazing, bathing your room in orange gold. Rooms are cozy with no frills, but work well and offer great views of the sea horizon and the well-kept hotel grounds. There are three restaurants within the hotel, as well as several bars, so you can choose what suits you best. If you like night swimming, Hotel Delfin is the one to book, as it offers this kind

Lots of positives for this hotel but my favourite is the location! Stunning views from all over the hotel and only 50 m from beach. It is also clean( room cleaned and towel changed daily), the staff are all helpful and friendly and I enjoyed breakfast, especially freshly baked pastries and croissants. The room I had , which was a single room , was modern although small but was sufficient for my needs with sea view. My only negative was sometimes the evening meal, although I could usually find something I liked as I’m not fussy, the choices were a little unusual for my English taste... but all in all a good value holiday especially as they also did lots of activities including Aqua fit, yoga and evening entertainment daily! Would recommend x

Attracted by the price and the pool with children's games we decided to book, Half Inn... For breakfast you save only the empty croissants, dinner if you can call it that, just forget it...
As soon as they see that you are Italian they do everything to not understand, speaking only Croatian or English
The pool opens at 8am, to take a seat (since the sunbeds are very few compared to the many bookings and people) you have to line up at 7am and as soon as the gates open start running like crazy 😅
In the room there is no air conditioning, TV and not even a paltry hairdryer
We are two adults and a child, the shower room available were for one person luckily I always carry something
Among other things in very small room three single beds

Good morning I read the various reviews about the hotel, and I can say cHe I just returned from there for a three day stay. I begin by saying that at the reception we were treated really well we found a really nice employee and proposed two separate rooms with balconies. The rooms were very very clean px I checked them very well only what lacked air conditioning otherwise everything was perfect. The meals were all good, they are like in all the hotels I have been there was everything. Not like someone who was a cafeteria says. I recently came out of a convalescence and could not eat what I wanted, but I found everything good. Everyone was very kind.
Sore note that I saw the food waste that people did, before taking so much you taste and then recover, and not take and then leave whole plates of eating. People in the world are starving.

We were 3 family (6 adults, 4 children, 1 baby and a severely disabled child) and we all say the same about the Hotel Delfin.
WE WILL NOT COME ANYMORE.
Unfortunately, we were very unhappy with many aspects of our stay and would like to address them.
First of all, it must be said that the staff were extremely unfriendly during our stay. We didn't feel welcome at all.
Furthermore, we found the facility itself not child-friendly at all. There are 3 play areas but there are stairs everywhere and there are no elevators to reach them. There are also no elevators to many rooms. This makes it extremely difficult for families with young children or severely disabled people to move freely around the complex and reach all areas. A barrier-free design of the complex would certainly be possible and certainly more desirable for all guests.
The food was fine in taste, but the choice was very limited. There was always the same offer and there was a lack of diversity. This led to you seeing yourself very quickly full at meals. In the evening we wanted to have a drink there we were immediately told yes this is to pay and not at the half board with us. Which was not written on the website. One evening we had left our mixer attachment and when we asked it had disappeared without a trace, we were cleared with the sentence it has certainly been thrown away because you can not pay attention to everything.
Furthermore, we had the impression that the topic of hygiene was not observed. Unfortunately, we felt that this was not sufficiently considered in the hotel.
Cleanliness and hygiene are especially important, especially in the restaurant it was that dishes looked like used although the waiter put them fresh at the table. Cups, glasses and plates at the buffet were very dirty and often you had to clean it yourself. Also cleared was never no matter how full the table was. The price is very tempting and we went there without any expectation but we definitely don't go there anymore.

Hotel to be deleted from category; hospital style with terribly absurd rooms. There is no air conditioning, there is no fan, there is no minibar, very small bathroom without window and bidet. The room is impractical from 12:00 to 20:00 because it reaches very high temperatures. The corridor leading to the rooms has no ventilation windows because they are blocked and handles have been removed; the same thing for the emergency door. Pool and beach stormed by guests of the 800 rooms. The only place "cool is the reception and the corridor leading to the bar, but even here the sofas are stormed by guests who "stay" there almost until dinner time. Cleaning? Very dirty, smelly carpet and doubtful that it is fireproof; then if you are lucky like us, you can find plates and cups left outside the rooms kindly resting on the floor. Reception staff very helpful, polite and professionale.Forget the restaurant room... dirty and uncomfortable chairs, dirty provisions, bread basket without tongs for bread picking, very high water cost and poor food quality, indeed more! Conclusion? Avoid going there, only then can you avoid a huge scam. Absolutely not recommended, run away!

Very poor!!! Furthermore, if you have a small child it is not a hotel for those with strollers and if they put you on the -4th floor without a lift and furthermore from the first floor you will have to carry your hand luggage without a trolley and you have to make all the plans!!
The terrible canteen!!! Never eaten so bad in my life...pasta with ketchup, disgusting meat!!! They make you pay an arm and a leg for drinks!!! It's best to go to the supermarket and get some drinks.
Staff speaks only English.
The very small rooms without climate and very dirty!! Let's not talk about the corridors still with the very old and dirty carpet.
Swimming pools definitely have water games where children get lost, but let's start with the floor which is very slippery and dangerous for everyone... and without lifeguards supervising!! So there is always a lot of confusion and children climbing on top of the structures and if they fall they get hurt a lot!!! I don't know how there can still be so much indifference about these things!! Out-of-this-world stuff!

The rooms are fine.
The pool is great access to the sea too. The staff is very unpleasant

Hotel location is great, but do not stay here. Our hotel room had a sewage odor that was acknowledged by the hotel front desk manager. She came to the room twice and her words were “the smell is terrible.” They said the hotel had periodic issues with sewer gas. The staff come in twice to try and resolve the issue but couldn’t. It was a horrible smell and unhealthy. We stayed two nites and checked out for our final nite and moved to the Maistra Grand Park Hotel. As a result our room rate doubled for the one night. (And the Grand Park Hotel was amazing.) To add insult to injury, the Hotel Manager refused to give us credit for the one evening we checked out early. This was especially insulting since the staff acknowledged the hotel has a history with this problem. They should fix the problem and not rent the rooms until is is resolved. Don’t stay here, there are plenty of good choices in Rouvinj.

We booked an economy room with two beds plus a third bed. The room in addition to being very sad and a little dirty is very small, narrow for two people... let alone three; we literally had to walk over the suitcases and beds. The hotel seems (probably is) to date back to the former Yugoslavia, corridors so dirty, dining room that looks like a canteen and I don’t even want to comment on the quality of the food. The only thing I save are the two pools (not the atheistic pool).

120cm all across the pool. They are building a children’s splash pool and area at the moment I guess ready for 2019 which will have shallower swimming for small children. The sea is 1minute walk away and perfect to swim in

What are bar prices like please? Are there bars nearby? Is there a supermarket nearby? Thank you.

Hello! The prices at the bar are like in Italy, 1 coffee = 7 kuna corresponding to 1 euro. You can change money at the property or pay in Euros. There is a supermarket and another bar within Milliman of a campsite a few minutes walk accessible to all. To find other local or coffins can move to the city center very cute and easy to reach by car or by bus services.
