We must have been on the same flight as the previous couple as we arrived very late as we caught the flight with Ryanair from Stansted. When we arrived the lady was extremely welcoming and made sure we were checked in asap and on our way to our room.

The room was very clean and spacious with separate bedroom, sitting room and shower-room/toilet and balcony. Bed was very comfortable and small things like full length mirror and little dressing table made my wife very happy. The shower-room was very spacious and had a lovely rain shower that you could stand under for ages....and I did.
Each room has it's own wifi bubble and it was very speedy indeed. Television had a whole range of channels with many in English. Plenty of wardrobe space to hang clothes and a mini-bar which was well stocked.

Breakfast and dinner was included in the price and so we made our way in the morning to the restaurant - to my surprise there was plenyty to eat : ok not a vast array of food but enough that there was a sufficient choice. Some people see this as a down side we certianly did not - I would rather have a limited choice and be able to find something that suits than have a massive waste of food that gets thrown out at the end of the meal.

The same applies in the evening: always a choice of food that we could both have a three course meal easy.....oh and the bread...wow. The waiting staff are very freindly and very attentive...everyone of them made an effort to make sure we were happy. We arrived back from sightseeing very late one evening and the kitchen staff made sure we were given a large salad, hot meal and dessert------I mean where else would you get that?

The hotel is made up of little blocks of apartments and as such is spread around the private compound all along the bay which makes for lovely peaceful walks in the daytime and evening. the beach is lovely, well appointed with loungers an infinity pool and a bar. The sea is absolutely crystal clear: I was told by one of the locals at a bar it is because all the islands they have along the Dalmatian coast keep any pollution out.

The spa area is really excellent and kept my wife busy for hours. There is a lovely indoor pool and two saunas - one Scandinavian and the other Turkish. My wife had an algae wrap treatment, manicure, pedicure and various massages. The girls are very experienced, qualified and really know what they are doing. Big shout out to Lucija and Andela from my wife who looked after her treatments.

There are 'animations' every day - aquafit, cycling, tennis, ping-pong, power-walks, stretching etc.....and a quiz and bingo on the weekend. All great fun and helps you to get to know some of the other guests...all capably run by the ever-smiling Lupka.

The resort is situated in it's own private area and is accessed by a private road. But travelling from here is no issue - nearby Beograd na Moru with it's little harbour, cafes, bars and restaurants is a 10 minute drive. The large town of Zadar withiot's amazing sea front is around 30 mins drive. We drove to Split in and hour and a half and to the lakes at Plitvicka Jezera in less than 2 hours. But we spoke with some of the other guests and they just stayed around the hotel and ate at the lovely pizzeria in the hotel ; where they serve sandwiches, pizzas and some other food and a large selection of beers and spirits.

All-in-all we had a really lovely holiday and an excellent introduction to the country of Croatia and her lovely people. We will go back and we will go to Crvena Luka: why not it had everything we were looking for and more. There was not one single point of disappointment during our entire stay. Thank you all for a very lovely time.

We spend 4 nights in a double deluxe room. The rooms are large, but if you are travelling by 4 we would definitly recommend you to get an appartment (more space and better view).

Pros:
- large, clean rooms
- stunning beach
- good drinks at a reasonable price
- great gelato
- good breakfast
- great wifi (even at the beach)

Cons:
- AC didn't seem to work properly in our room (temperature never got under 24 degrees), we complained about it at the reception, they said they would send a technician but in the end nothing was done about it.
- Half-board can be boring if you stay longer (we ate out one night)
- The service staff is overwhelmed at the restaurant (few people are working a lot and the rest disappears during the evening)
- The reservation of the beach lounges is a really frustrating. Lounges get reserved and their "owner" don't show up the whole day.
- i get it you want to be green and protect the nature but it's ridiculous that you have to pay 3€ to get a fresh beach towel (otherwise the towels are changed every 5 days). I've never seen anything like it in a 4* hotel.

Despite my criticism (which should help you to improve) i would recommend this hotel and stay at it again.

The quality offered in terms of breakfast and dinner buffets is poor to say the least. Every German canteen offers better quality.
The beach is almost non-existent. You can still expect that in Croatia. Childcare is not really good. A game room with a few PlayStations and some not particularly nice playgrounds, in the blazing sun. So the kids can't do anything with it, because the play equipment is burning hot.
Once in the apartment, the floor strip of the kitchenette was torn out in front of the kitchenette on the floor and an air conditioning control panel falls out of the wall. Furthermore, in the living room above the washing machine simply hangs a hot water water water heater, which buzzes all night.
Summa Summarum totally overpriced and you get a lack of quality in all areas.
Next time we fly back to Turkey for less money in a 5-star all-inclusive and then also get 5-star service.

If you are not rich dont go there. Employers are not nice to you also if you pay only for the visit. Beach is beautiful but the rich customers are more important than the ordinary people.

Believe me you can go anywhere else and they will be more happy.

The first time I came here with 2 dogs. There is no table or sticker that dogs are forbidden. When I wanted to photograph the dogs beside the beach, the woman who attacked me there, broke my cell phone and glasses, clapped my hand. I was in the emergency room and in the hospital for shooting hands, shoulders, and hands. ONLY a CRAZY PEOPLE WILL COME HERE!

We have not been to the hotel, only came one day to beach for swimming. After paying 50 kn for entry they limit you only to one part of bay, while other part is private-like where visitors are not allowed - of course, this is not visible when you pay at entrance, only once you enter the beach. Generally, the staff at beach is rude and we tend not to revisit... For whole "public beach" there is only 1 (one?!?!) shower, while the "private" part has at least 15 of them... Also, on the "public" beach you cannot rent parsol not sun loungers... This mean that the available service to visitors is minimal and definitely not worth 50 kuna... Avoid this rip-off...

Dear Sir, Crvena Luka Hotel & Resort is privately owned company with a concession to the Crvena Luka Bay. This means that the beach is owned by the Republic of Croatia and that all the land surrounding the beach is owned by Crvena Luka Hotel & Resort. Crvena Luka Hotel & Resort has its business policy regulating the zones available to different types of customers. So, the sign you are referring to is not for the beach, but for Apartment and Villa zone. 50 KN you paid is for the car-parking inside Crvena Luka Hotel & Resort. There are also other visitors who leave their cars outside and enter for free. As for the rude service on the beach, are you referring to the Beach Bar stuff? If so, I would like to inform you that we regularly conduct mystery shopper research in order to have a control over the behaviour of the stuff. The reports are very positive. However, if you had some bad experiences, there is a visitor's book available at the reception desk. At the reception desk, you may also find our receptionist who you can talk to and see how the potential problem might be solved.

Experience of driving to Croatia from England we did not have very high expectations, Boy were we in for a surprise when we arrived at the Resort. We were greeted by very Friendly faces at the reception Nina and Lucija they were wonderful and welcomed us and sorted a problem we had with our booking and even upgraded us for free to a villa. First thing was Wi-Fi there was no part of the resort I went that didn’t have access to Wi-Fi by the beach, pool and rooms great for my Facebook updates.
Where do I start the rooms were modern and finished to a high standard clean and with all the self-catering facilities needed if you wanted to do your own thing the villa had 2 nice bedrooms and the living room had a wonderful sofa bed. I must mention it was only 10 steps away from the sea with private sunbeds which made it both romantic at night when my wife and I sat there watching the sea and stars.
The BEACH (private) for mostly guest was lovely as it had a bar on looking the sea and wasn’t crowdie just normal families enjoying a good holiday and facilities, it had kayaks you could hire at reasonable price and an infinity pool just beside it which I most say was amazing. I most mention the sea was clear and blue and surprisingly shallow to enjoy with the kids
The RESTURANT had 3 sections 2 main halls and a balcony for Al fresco breakfast and dinning. The food was definitely above average with lots to choose from and the staff there were great.
Can’t remember if they had Gym facilities (too busy been lazy and stuffing my face to bother) but they had a lovely indoor swimming pool, sauna and we also got to get massages at affordable prices.
The ENVIROMENT was peace full and during the day you could hear cricket sounds all over the place which I actual thought it was an electrical sound effect. there were outside play areas for the kids ,ice-cream bar and my wife’s opinion is to convert the shop opposite to a sports shop for swimming googles, shorts ,tops ,snorkelling gear and lots more. As we had to drive into town to pick up more items for snorkelling I loved the fact it was secluded from town. That’s why it’s important to have more items at the resort
GENERALY I would say it was a lovely holiday not just because of the facilities but also that it had good security and the Management team PAUL I must mention had customers at the heart of everything he did, even sent us a bottle of Brut on our wedding anniversary which really made us feel valued . Luka and Nico were also very helpful at the restaurant and I can’t forget the lovely ladies that cleaned the rooms with constant smiles on their faces. If anyone sees Renata at the bar kindly remind her to smile
Would I go again the answer is a resounding YES.

This place is a real treat for couplrs or families looking for a quiet location with a great atmosphere. We were in an almost empty village that is situated at Crvena Luka. The water is great and the surroundings are really nice (grass, modern buildings, trees and the bay view). Renting a villa (Royal) - at first line at the bay we were asked 30 times by security, gardeners, cleaners etc. whether we are the residents and where we live. Some simply said WE CAN NOT BE HERE:) Afret 5 mins talk they realized that we really paid 2K euro for a week's rent and we have a right for a walk. They must have a reall issue with visitors. But other than that - remember the pool is only indorss but the cuisine is great.

We were upgraded from the hotel to one of the apartments. It was one row back from the beach so our terrace looked out on the back of the apartment block in front of us.The apartment was well fitted out and ideal for people who wanted to self cater. Unfortunately we had no car and there was no shop nearby so these facilities were of no use to us. Also, there was nowhere to dry clothes which was a nuisance. The food in the restaurant was OK, plenty of choice with fresh fruit and vegetables, but the drinks were very expensive. There was a pizza place which seemed popular (we didn't eat there ourselves). The beach and bay were ideal for people with small children as it shelved very gently so you had to walk a long way out before it got deep enough to swim. We were there in June and the water was freezing! There were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas scattered around so it was easy to find a spot on your own. We walked into the town Biograd na Moru one day (about 4k along a cycle track) and had some delicious fresh seafood. A taxi back was about £20! All in all this was ideal for young families who had transport but not so great for a couple without.
