We come here for the second year in a row and we have a great time. The hotel is decently decorated and the staff are friendly and nice. In the all inclusive package, the depth is superb food, access to the pool and a bar with free drinks. Parking, however, is not free as it says, but costs €4 per day. All in all, I am very satisfied and if it is possible, we will come next year.

This hotel is old and tired and should be given a miss, unless you happen to be into dirty carpets, long queues for food and drink and scant regard for fire safety. I think the place is badly managed and is an accident just waiting to happen and so should be avoided, but don’t avoid going to Croatia it is lovely, just avoid this rubbish hotel.

It is a medium facility hotel located at Biograde na Moru not so far from the sea.
In the hotel there was two swimming pools if you are borrowed to go in the sea which is 8 min by foot far from the hotel.
I stay at this hotel for four days in early August in second floor at the old part.
I am not satisfied from my leaving there for the following reasons…
1) in my room have not any lockers in the balcony doors so there is not possibility to safe it.
2) There was not any small refrigerator in my room, when in my booking includes a mini bar. When I ask the reception (two times) I took the following answer...
In this room don’t include a small refrigerator but if you would like to have, you must pay for this!!! I think that all the rooms in the old part of hotel have not a small refrigerator instead in rooms that belong in the new part of the hotel which have but it is empty! After complain to the hotel manager they brink me an empty small refrigerator without any charge.
3) The breakfast was poor and not a good quality. Every day in the mourning the bread was not fresh but it was one day before! This happened each of 4 breakfasts that I had!
4) There was a WiFi connection but you must pay for it by hour.
5) There are two parking, one in front the hotel and the other next to hotel in an empty plot but you must pay for that (30 Kn for in front and 15 Kn for the plot)

So never I stayed again in this hotel! And I don’t suggested!

A potentially nice stay at this hotel was ruined by the hotel's management who thought it was ok to move us out of the hotel for 2 nights because they had deliberately booked our rooms out to other travel companies. Compensation was promised but not given and the alternative hotel was totally inadequate for the 18 in our group they moved out and around 15 mins away from the Hotel Adria and the rest of our party. This Hotel might be worth considering if they sacked the current manager Marko Mijić and replaced him with someone who understood customer care.

Also fire safety in the Hotel was very poor with automatic fire doors held open, auto closers removed and fire escape which ended up inside the building! See pictures of hotels above.

we arrived to find we had no rooms, we were shunted out of the hotel and made to stay in a substandard motel where I had to share with 5 other people I barely knew. When we complained we were told we were lucky we were not just left on the streets. The manager Marco maintained it was due to a plumbing problem however staff told us that in fact this was not true, nit was his way of making extra money, to place us in a multi-occupancy room, and pay less and take the extra monies. When we complained he threatened us with the police who had breakfast there every morning.

He offered us no compensation just became threatening. This is a truly terrible hotel, run by a thug please do not book there. I saw this happen to a number of people whilst we were there it was very upsetting thing to see people's holidays being ruined.

As per the reviewer of 22/8/11, we had a similarly bad experience. Had to be sent to another hotel because there was a “problem with our room” – basically they had over-booked and we were packed off 15 minutes down the road to a much smaller room with limited facilities and much cheaper rates, so he definitely made a profit. When we were eventually allowed back 3 days later, the manager passed us from one member of staff to another when we asked for a refund of the difference and threatened us with his police pals if we “kept complaining”.

Customer care was definitely NOT a strong point of this place – the staff were often unhelpful & disinterested & on one occasion even laughed at a guest who slipped over in their dining room. There was a steady stream of unhappy people each day at reception. I think it must have a bad reputation in the area too because when we asked a cab driver to take us there, he told us we were staying in a **** place.

Don’t be put off Croatia though – it’s a beautiful & fascinating place. Just don’t stay at this hotel if you go there!!

My family and I stayed for 4 nights. We were welcomed very rudely. First thing after check-in we wanted to go to the pool. Going down to reception to ask for directions to get to the pool we were rudely pointed to the direction with a very unhappy expression. After an hour of swimming and tanning a middle aged man came to my family and I yelling to get out of the pool for not having "wrist bands" that we were not informed about. We were told to leave the hotel but when we went to reception they said we weren't apart of the package so we didn't need the bands.
Secondly, the buffet restaurant was disgusting!
Thirdly, the receptionist told me she lost my passport after asking for a second key then later said she didn't understand what I was asking for.
Fourthly, our sink was blocked and unable to be used.
Fifth, the sheets smelled.
Therefore, this hotel gave us a very unforgettable experience that we will never like to return too. So many better places to stay in the beautiful biograd na moru.

I am very surprised what I am reading about this hotel. I was there in august 2009 with my boyfriend and everything was perfect. We payed for half board and booked our holiday online. Food was perfect, hotel has super bar with great terrace. Room was very clean, big enough for couple, with TV, beds were very comfortable. Hotel has great location - near beach and near town. I really can`t say anything bad. I guess will have to go again and check the situation :)

Croatia was beautiful but this hotel let it down.Even though we were on an all inclusive basis to our surprise you could drink spirits from 10am till 11pm free but had to pay for tea and coffee for any time other than an hour between 4-5pm.The kids club only seemed to do colouring and the outside activities were limited by the lack of equiptment.ie:you could play crazy golf but there were no golf balls so you had to use the 1 and only ping pong ball, which was fine unless someone was playing table tennis. The staff made all the right noises to help you but nothing ever really got sorted it was always going to be done later today or tomorrow which never happened. The balcony door had no lock or even a catch so would slide shut but was never secure. The shower tray sloped the wrong way so you ended up with a puddle at the oposite end to the plug hole after every use.The fire doors were all disconnected or wedged open, so no fire safety. Most of the staff including the manager needed customer service training and were excedingly rude.

! Cordialement.
