We stayed here for five nights. The staff and people in the park were friendly. It has a huge indoor pool and they have activities frequently for the guest. There is a nine hole golf course next door. It is an older park. It is ten minutes from the NE Joshua Tree park entrance. There was plenty of room for my 43 foot fifth wheel. Make sure you have long sewer and water hoses the water and sewer are in the back of the site.

This RV park is a short distance from the lesser used North Entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. The staff was helpful and friendly. The park was very clean and they stopped by our campsite to pick up trash multiple times throughout the day. They do propane delivery too. Great little spot.

This place was a really nice place to stay. We were RVing so we did not stay in the rooms that they have. The RV park was really nice with full 50 amp hookups. The RV area was really nice and clean, and pet friendly. There was a place to fill up our propane, there were tennis courts and other activities that you could partake in if that is your thing. They also had a country club type thing on-site for socializing and they also had a breakfast you could pay for. We were there visiting Joshua Tree National Park and it only took about 1/2 hour to get to the entrance. I would suggest staying here if you are RVing in the area and looking for a nice place to stay. I almost forgot to mention the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only good thing I could say about this RV resort was that it was the closest RV park to Joshua Trees National Park, which was the purpose of our visit. It was helpful that it was close to the gas station and local grocery stores and even cold stone ice cream! I think this area is typical for high winds, but that would’ve been nice to know. We just about lost our canopy attached to our trailer due to the extreme high winds. If I would’ve known that the restroom closes every night at 10 and opens at 7 AM, I would have never booked here. We don’t use our RV toilet, so we highly depend on restrooms being opened. This also would have been nice to know while booking or anything relevant to it on the website. The man at the front desk was very rude and snotty to every question that I asked him. Sometimes I wonder why people working in guest relations!!

The resort is starting to show its age. The roads are paved and pads are gravel within a paved "living area", Most sites have a picnic table. Our site this time was a good walk from the one bathroom building. Bathrooms are very clean, including the showers. Pool was out of service again (could be Covid related) Never saw any of the staff. The store was only open in the afternoons.

In late September we stayed here for 4days and 3 nights. We were excited to be so close to Joshua Tree National Park. Oue excitement soon turned to disappointment. Our site was tiny to say the least. Our slideout touched the bushes of the next site and we could not fully extend our awning on the opposite site. There was no picnic table and it appeared the campers on either side of us were long termers, complete with what looked like an abandoned truck which I could reach out my window and touch. Our neighbor the day we left was in the process of spray painting his car. With the wind this could have ended badly had we not left. Due to underground cables, you could only go back so far, not a problem initially, until we noticed people walking back there, closing in a small spot even more so and creating a creepy feel.. It was interesting to note that there were many empty sites with the same services closer to clubhouse pool , etc the entire time we were there. The fitness center was outdated, but that didn't bother us, but lack of air conditioning made it impossible to use in 100 degree heat outside. The internet was only available in area surrounding the laundry area, the same area that had empty sites. The pool was refreshing and the laundry area has plenty of washers and dryers, so those were definately plusses, but certainly not enough to warrant more than 2 stars. This would have been fine for a brief one night stay, but for 4 days I would have liked a better site and picnic table. Site 160 is the worst site.

Nothing like the website portrays! They cut the trees down, tore the roof off the pool that is NOT heated and you have to go to the office for wi-fi. It it definitely past it's prime. I witnessed raw sewage running down the street in the park on more than one occasion! Not well maintained.

The staff was great, but otherwise the place was uncomfortable. No trees or grass. Our friends played golf and said that the golf course was a joke. It was in terrible condition. Someone from our group said that the gym was filthy. No WiFi or TV. Another park that advertises as a Resort. What a joke.

This is very typical TV park, we had full hookups but no firepit (I didn't read close enough my fault) It is a love place to park for the night or two if your going through for Joshua Tree and want hookups. You are packed in but it is very quiet and the showers and facilities are lovely. We didn't use the store because we weren't there during their opening hours. no complaints
