Residence House Ruse is a building built with the idea to resemble the style, sophistication and comfort typical for the early 20th-century buildings in the city. The project is a shared creation between the owners and the architect. Environmental practises are employed in the use of electricity and consumables. Good for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Exceptional hospitality and levels of service from the owner, along with Boris the manger and his team. Having only eleven individual boutique rooms makes this hotel stand out. The staff could not do enough during our two night stay, from recommending local restaurants, (including an excellent one almost next door), booking taxis and places to visit. Our deluxe junior suite was ideal for our stay. Good sized room, comfortable bed, large walk in shower, very clean and the added bonus of a balcony overlooking the Danube.
Breakfast was very good and included smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. The town centre is only five minutes away and the Coastline Park / Promenade is just across the road. In summary, the staff made our stay in Ruse a memorable and happy one.

Warm greeting at the door on my arrival (See photo of fellow at the reception desk), easy check in, and large, cozy room with a view of the Danube across the street. Everyone I met at this boutique hotel was genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome. Very easy-going atmosphere and a wonderful hotel experience!
Also - Great breakfast served by two lovely, efficient people (See photos).
Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Lots of hot water in the shower, with good water pressure. Well lit room, if you have work to do, along with a satisfactory desk.
Wonderful restaurant 200 feet away (which was recommended by the fellow at the reception desk).
Really good value. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Ruse.

Everything was just amazing. Hotel was clean, spacious and beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is not far from.old town. Breakfast is ample and I presume people don't stay in Ruse for long so it's sufficient for short stay. Definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a pleasant experience just one step from Danube river. Clean and comfy, amazing team, very polite and helpful. The rooms are "with a touch". Good and generous breakfast for such a small hotel (fresh squeezed juice, pancakes, salmon...)

Absolutely the best Hotel. The Rooms are large, modern and very clean.
Reception staff are fantastic, very Professional and will fulfil al your any request asked, most importantly they are friendly and kind.
This is the go to Hotel when visiting Ruse. I will be back again!!.

Residence House Ruse is mostly used by business travelers we learned. We came in the off-season for that and were amongst the only August guests. My friend and loved the place. The rooms were quiet, large, modern and very comfortable with great wifi. Air-conditioning was strong, which was good for the August heat. There's not much choice for breakfast but it was delicious, plus as much espresso as we wanted. All the staff spoke excellent English. There was even a nice outdoor area to sip a drink. You are about 1 block from the Danube and are very close to some excellent restaurants.The center of Ruse is about 7-8-minutes by foot. Parking was on the street but easy to find. After midnight, there is no reception, but the front door can be opened by key card.

The owner & staff were very helpful, friendly & spoke English. Check-in was very efficient. New building with modern design - interior clean and pleasant. Secure & safe. Front door can only be opened by access card. Close to main pedestrian area and restaurants. Location is quiet. Breakfast was good. They made a good recommendation for restaurant for dinner.
Our room had a large balcony with views of the Danube. Bed was comfortable & the shower worked great.
My only recommendation would be to provide some counter top or shelving in the bathroom & to provide some drawers for clothing in the closet.
I would highly recommend the Residence House in Ruse.

We stayed here recently on two separate one night stays. The accommodation was easy to fine with close on street parking always available. The hotel is very modern and clean with charming rooms, foyer and breakfast area. The staff are very helpful and speak good English as well. the location is an easy couple of blocks walk to the centre pedestrian area of the city and we felt save walking the streets. Local restaurants are varied in what they offer with a number having river views. The room was very quiet and bed excellent. they have a lift for easy access to all floors. Breakfast basic but tasty and adequate.

Wonderful staff, good location for exploring Ruse, hotel room very comfortable and lovely bathroom. Excellent all round. Staff could not do enough for you and it was immaculately clean. Breakfast good. The hotel is close to the Danube and easy walk into Ruse.

We stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions. The hotel is lovely with large comfortable rooms and a view over the Danube. It is close to excellent restaurants and the main pedestrian areas. The staff are very friendly and attentive....breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this hotel.
