Very clean and nice location, I believe a bit understaffed so difficult to not feel like I was a bother. They did have a parking spot for us and this was premium. We had clean rooms - decorating was a little stark, not cozy. It suited our needs - however - I did not feel there was enough staff and...

We had a long lazy lunch at the hotel. Sat outside under cover. The service was very good and quick. Our waiter had quite good English. They checked with the chef to ensure my meal was gluten free. Lunch was delicious. Had Veal Steak Zagreb with roasted vegetables and chips and a pannacotta with cherry sauce for desert. The others...

I went to medjugorje for a piligrimage last year. Never in my life I had expected similar experience! Even though I had one of the smallest rooms in the hotel it was excellent, always clean, with TV, free WIFI. The food was excellent, 3 courses and rich plates. Staying at the reception was like staying in my own living room....

Very bad experience with the receptionist that didn't explain the prices correctly the moment of the check-in (we stayed in Medjugorie 1 night because I had to finish some business in a nearby town). She was evasive to say the least with the prices and of course at the moment of check out I payed 44 euros instead of 33...

We arrived the hotel by car and my husband went looking for a parking space, while I went looking for hotel prices. I asked the price for one night from The Grace and from the Villa Regina, and I also asked did they have bath tube in the room. Both replied positivly and the prices were 80 euros for the...

I stayed in this hotel in February 2012 during the snow in Medjugorje. It is only a stone's throw from the church. The hotel staff were very kind. Breakfast juice was only available on certain days. Food wasn't that great. It was very warm, which is really the only good thing that I can say about the hotel. TIP: It...
