Villa Via Pacis is family owned hotel placed in the middle of the village.We offer bed and breakfast, half board, and full board service. If you have special requests for dining (vegetarian, diabetic or other) please inform us prior to the arrival and we will do our best to accommodate you.Free WiFi. The distance to the church is about 300m (300 yards). Accommodation capacity: 83 pilgrims in 38 rooms. Free parking in front of the hotel for private cars and parking possibility for 3 large buses. Two separate restaurant halls that are fully air conditioned.Air conditioning in rooms up on request.Outside area is divided in to two relaxation areas. One in front of the hotel placed in the park the other is the fruit garden on the side of the hotel. You have the possibility for organizing outside prayer meetings and gatherings in the fruit garden since we have 120 chairs at your disposal for various needs that you may have.

I highly recommend this hotel! The room was quiet and spacious and the complementary meals were incredibly delicious. The location was perfect, walkable to almost anything in town. The best part was Ivanka and Krešo... They were very accommodating and friendly!

This is my third time staying here and each time has been a great experience! You can always count on having a great experience here. The meals here are always outstanding and if you have an allergies they will cook to suit your needs. The rooms here are always so clean, I will leave in the morning to go to church or something and right when I get back I will have new sheets, a made bed, and new towels. I did not expect this every single day! Anytime you need a favor or help with anything, Ivanka and Kreso will drop everything they are doing and get you what you need. They both are some of the nicest people I have met here in Medjugorje. I love staying here and I will be back soon!!!

This is a wonderful place to stay in Medjugorje because of the location, hospitality, food and accommodations. Villa Via Pacis is located in the center of the triangle of St James’ Parish, Apparition Hill and Cross Mountain. The hosts are very nice people, very attentive to those who stay at their place. If you need a tour guide, transportation, or other needs, they are ready to help. Our group stays with them every year. I would highly recommend Villa Via Pacis.

The hospitality of Ivanka and her husband was outstanding. Our flight to Split was delayed and we arrived after dark. We drove our rental car to Medjugorje. Arriving on the outskirts of Medjugorje, we stopped at a gas station for directions. While the attendant did not how to get to the Villa, he did call Ivanka. Ten minutes after the call Ivanka and her husband appears and we followed them to the Villa. If you are going to Medjugorje, this is the place to stay. Clean, quite, good breakfast and located within easy walking of the church and Apparition Hill.

It felt like home away from home. Fresh home cooked hot meals, great cozy rooms, not too far from anything in town. I highly recommend that anyone who is considering a pilgrimage to medugorje stay here. I promise you'll love it and Ivanka will make you feel right at home.

The service at Villa Via Pacis was wonderful, they made Me , my wife , sister in-law and mother in-law feel at home. The rooms were very clean. the staff very friendly. The location of Villa Via Pacis is also a great plus. It is central to all locations in Medjugorje. Very close to Saint James and a short walk to apparition hill. The staff at Villa Via Pacis was also very helpful in providing transportation to and from the airport in Split. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Medjugorje.

My family and I stayed in Villa Via Pacis in january 2017. The hotel is located right behind the church - five minutes walking distance from the center of Medjugorje. The owners and the staff were great. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable and the food was excellent. We willI come back here in summer time. If you are looking place to stay in Medjugorje we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Brilliant location, situated very close to the Apparition hill and I cannot believe the standard of the house - outstanding design and layout and extremely good value for money! Family Vasilj are very friendly and approachable which made our stay relaxing. I would highly recommend.

I am a Westin type of a girl when it comes to lodging. However, as a pilgrimage, I wanted to stay at more of B&B type of place in Medjugorje. My parents stayed here due to its good reviews on Tripadvisor a month ago and they loved it every single moment- so it was my turn to give this place a try. We arrived and they offered us espresso while giving us guidance ( maps, locations, things to see, etc- it was very helpful even though it was not my first time in Medjugorje) on few things. Place was super modern and extremely clean. She gave us two rooms to choose from and we picked #108. It had two beds- one king and one single. Bathroom was extremely clean and modern. Now.. onto the bed, I did not have much expectation because it's not Ritz or Westin... um, Bed was EXTREMELY comfortable and so were linens and pillows. As I said, bedding is really important to me, so I usually stay at high end hotels when I travel. This place had exceeded my expectations. SUPER comfortable bed!!!! And it was very clean and new. It's centrally located- it's in the middle of the apparition mountain (5 mins walking), cross mountain (5-7 mins walking)and St. James. There are three short cuts to St. James- it took us 3 minutes walking to get to St. James. Breakfast was good too. Again, it had everything we needed. Ivanka was always nice enough to offer anything we needed...She really took care of us and was very sincere. When my mom was here about a month ago, she fell in love with wine they offered... and I briefly mentioned if I could buy some... she prepared a bottle of really tasty wine and refused to accept money. What a sweet lady! Also, during our stay, Ivanka would come back from the cross mountain in the mornings. She remembers everything you say or do and make sure you are taken care of - She's the type of host you definitely want while you are in Medjugorje...This is why I love Medjugorje- people go here to pray and to be closer to God. And Ivanka is such a perfect host in that aspect. When we left this place, she told us that she would pray for us. And I know that she was being genuine. This is a perfect place for pilgrimage. We had a perfect time in Villa Via Pacis. Ivanka and Kreso were very warm and helpful hosts, so much that we felt like part of their family. Location is also great, everything is located in short walking distance. Our room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Additionally, the food was superb with generous portions, we can't remember last time we eat this good at hotel. We will definitely come back.
