We had the pleasure of spending a few nights at this wonderful hotel and it was a highlight in every respect. We were greeted extremely friendly at check-in and the staff were helpful and attentive throughout the stay. We would particularly like to highlight Cleo – she was incredibly nice, accommodating and read every wish from our lips. Your warm nature has made our stay truly unforgettable!
Our room was modern, clean and equipped with everything you need. We particularly liked the comfortable beds and the quiet location – we slept like on clouds! The decor is stylish, and the small details, such as a welcome drink or the fresh flowers in the room, make all the difference.
The breakfast buffet was a dream: a wide selection of fresh, high-quality products, including regional specialities. The hotel restaurant is also highly recommended – here we enjoyed one of the best dinners of our holiday.
The location of the hotel is ideal: central but still quiet, with many attractions nearby. The spa area was a treat – perfect for relaxing after a long day.
A big thank you to Cleo and the whole team! We will definitely be back!
Conclusion: 5 out of 5 stars – a great stay!

we went to the 2. Sometimes at the Postmarktfest, and again we were completely enthusiastic. The decoration was again fantastic, as was the fantastic music, the excellent selection and quality of the food and drinks offered and the great atmosphere.
All this is shaped by the extremely friendly staff, always facing the guest, always on hand, always helpful, competent and with a lot of joy at work - not only on the occasion of the festival but throughout the year.
We come from Kitzbühel very often to the post market or the inn of the Posthotel and are always enthusiastic.

Great Location, Great Breakfast and lovely Rooms. Have stayed here before and would again. My only negative comments would be that the website says €12 euros to park under the hotel but when you arrive its €15! And the reception staff could be a little more professional when asked enquiries.

Our stay at the Hotel Post was wonderful. Unfortunately, when we checked in, the otherwise outspoken receptionist did not inform us that you have to drive through a second barrier to get to the hotel's garage. Instead of €15 per day, we paid €92 for two days of parking because we accidentally parked in the hospital's car park and not the hotel's, which was not obvious to us. When we pointed this out, the employee reacted with incomprehension and arrogance. We think it's a shame that our otherwise very good impression of the hotel was tarnished by this last encounter and will refrain from recommending the hotel to anyone, which we would definitely have done otherwise.

Just back from the Hotel Wirtshaus Post late yesterday have had a 5 night stay at he Wirtshaus Post. Very good clean Hotel with good sized rooms and both room and bathroom very well equipped.Friendly courteous staff on both reception and at breakfast.
Kettle with Tea provided but no coffee [ don't know why?]. apple juice[ lovely] and water in mini fridge. Very good furniture and bedding along with a great bathroom with Monsoon and shampoo shower heads, no bath. Good soundproofing and no noise from late night arrivals, not disturbed at all when asleep, or in morning.
Breakfast very good, varied and of good quality.
Restaurant quality good, but being vegetarians we thought limited choice and portions far too small [kitchen please note] in relation to cost charged. But this did not detract from the fact that we would recommend this Hotel and definitely wish to book again next time we travel to the Tirol. .

What a fantastic place! Located in St Johan (about 15 minutes from Kitz)is a luxury winter paradise. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The rooms are modern and have every amenity you could ask for. If you are looking for luxury outside of the Kitz scene this is definitely the place!

I stayed in this hotel for a week on my first ever solo ski trip, booked as part of crystalski packaged holidays. For the little research I did in picking the place, I couldn't have chosen a better hotel to spend the week.
My room was spotlessly clean, as if it was prepared for a photo shoot every single day. The bed was comfortable allowing me to get that much needed rest and sleep after long ski days. Every little detail was taken care of, even the glass bottle of drinking water was filled every day as part of cleaning (most hotels just use a plastic bottle or do not bother filling it in after the first day).
The breakfast had both cold and hot items. Tasted great and fresh.
The spa was clean with three different saunas. I ended up using this every single day. On one particular day the staff was kind enough to let me use the facility past 10 pm (their closing time).
For someone who went there with little knowledge of the town and the ski area, I had no problem finding my way around. Thanks to the staff, and couple of friendly guests. You get to travel free in the train using the hotel's guest card. I had lost mine midweek, but the staff were kind enough to print me another at no extra cost.
The local ski area, Kitzbuhel, Wilder Kaiser, Fieberbrunn and Saalbach are close by . Tip:- ensure you get the 'super area ski pass' to access them all.
It was a dream vacation thanks to the hotel and their wonderful staff. I wish to return every single year and stay longer.

The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of town - staff is extremely happy and helpful. The room was sparkling clean every day and had every comfort, from kettle, to water and lovely natural toiletries.
The hotel has a very nice wellness centre with 3 spas and turkish bath.
The restaurant is the best in town, lovely wine selection and cocktails to chill after a day on the slopes.
Breakfast was included in the price and always very fresh and high in standard.

I have been a guest in this establishment for years. Whether for business or pleasure, the service and quality are always consistently high.
I love visiting the inn every week with my regular colleagues. The service in the restaurant and bar is always friendly and nice.
I also come here for business events. The technology and equipment in the seminar room as well as the service are highly recommended.
Completely satisfied.
Regards, Franz

A really nice and above all clean place with delicious food and a great selection at breakfast. The staff was also very nice. However, it is important to know that the rooms are not air conditioned. This meant for us that we had opened the balcony door at night to sleep. However, since our room was facing the pedestrian zone, we had very much noticed the noise of the adjacent bars. Because of this, we would prefer a room towards the backyard next time.

There’s no pool. Don’t worry though. The hotel will issue you with a pass for free entry to the town’s excellent Panorama swimming pool complex.
Hope that helps.
