Stayed here with a coach trip. Lovely hotel with huge rooms and balconies. A variety of all sorts for breakfast and we chose the menu in the morning for the evening meal. The first course was salad (help yourself) followed by soup, main meal and a sweet.
The staff are lovely and

We booked through Inghams and paid extra for a 4th Floor larger room.
We chose the Arlberg after reading other reviews, and they were spot on.
Our welcome was personal and sincere, the hotel is immaculate, the food must be the best in St. Anton, and the service from every member

Is there anywhere to rent a car?
Is there a concierge that arranges trips to nearby attractions such as Neuschwanstein Castle. We are traveling in early March to ski but we're hoping to do a little sightseeing while there.
Oh I am not sure but the Manageress was very helpful and sure she will keep you right. Enjoy your stay .

Hi, I am wondering if there is a shuttle that will bring us back to the hotel Arlberg from the main loop at the end of the day if we ski out to the bottom of the Galzig lift, after apres ski?
I've only visited St Anton in summer, i.e. not to ski. However I am a skier too, so I took note of the pistes/lift systems and there is definitely a regular ski bus (free with the lift pass) that goes round the village, calling at the lift stations. The same bus was running in the summer and there's a stop right outside the Hotel Arlberg. I'm not sure what time the last ski buses run from the lifts though, so I suggest you to ask the tourist office. They speak excellent English and respond quickly to email queries. There are also ski lockers where you can leave skis/boots near the Galzig.

Hi, do you have a kids club available (where children can be dropped off and entertained without parents there)?
I don't think the hotel runs a kids club but I'm sure there will be something in resort or that can be booked through your holiday rep

My boyfriend has booked this hotel for late march . I am beginner he is advanced . Is this resort good for beginners as I saw only 2 stars for beginners ...I have had 4hslf days of lessons on a previous holiday last year ...How far is the ski school from the hotel ? Please .
The ski school is no distance at all. The ski school is located at the Nasserein lift. You can leave your boots and skis at the Intersport there. The instructors are excellent and will assess you first. They all speak English and many of them are English I strongly recommend 3 days ski school for you both. You MUST do full days St Anton is a tough ski resorts for beginners. There are no cruisey blues! But you will enjoy it in ski school which is essential after which you will be better equipped....I did a 4th day and that was superb with a ski trip to Lech for 3 of us. Your boyfriend will be able to ski to Lech perhaps it but its very hard for beginners without doing the ski school and doing it with an instructor is highly recommended. Our abilities have come on in leaps and bounds thanks to being in ski school...SIGN UP!!
