Stayed here with a group of 12 friends. Having read some of the reports before travelling I was not sure what to expect. However, pleasantly surprised. Location very central, clean and reasonably spacious rooms, food pretty good and a public bar in the same building. For a group of friends on a skiing trip it ticks all the boxes. Staff...

I visited Chalet Hotel Rosanna with a group of 15 and we were all in agreement that we loved it! The location is perfect, the food was amazing every day (easily as good as you would expect to get in a nice restaurant), the rooms were clean and spacious, and the chalet team were perfect! Everyone, especially Claire (head of...

Stayed here in a large group of 18 of all ages. We had booked through Mark Warner and we were all disappointed with the additional surcharge we had to pay in December, and after reading some reviews on here we were all slightly worried what to expect. However, these worries were put to bed very quickly as all staff were...

Firstly the hotel is in a great location right in the centre of town a couple of minutes walk from all the main lifts. Found it to be clean with friendly helpful staff, food was mostly excellent with the odd exception where it was just good. Wine was drinkable but not great. If you're a light sleeper ask for a...

We stayed here with a group of 12 others at the end of February. We didn't book the trip, nor had we stayed at the Rosanna before, so we were a bit apprehensive having read all the poor reviews from other travellers. Well I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. We received excellent service throughout our stay from mainly...

The team here are just lovely, the food is delicious, and location is perfect. However, the disgraceful £50 pp surcharge imposed on us, even as other holiday companies are offering special deals and discounts, has meant that I will not book with them again and I have stayed in several of their chalets over the years. Short sighted mark Warner...

Similar to another reviewer we were hit by a £50 ppn surcharge less than a month before travelling and therefore had a reasonable expectation that standards would be maintained. It was clear on arrival that Mark Warner are struggling with occupancy and they had had a maximum of 60% since the start of the season. It was only 55% the...

I have travelled with Mark Warner Ski more than 10 times, and this was my fifth or more trip to Rosanna. We arrived aggrieved with the 50 quid surcharge, but had we received what we were used to at MW it wouldn't have been so bad. On the positive, the location is reasonable - a short walk to the pistes,...

My family and I spent Christmas at Rosanna and were so impressed by the standard of the food, the rooms and the overall level of customer service at the chalet. Staff were absolutely delightful, namely extremely helpful and friendly. We had such a fabulous week here- the staff made a huge effort to make Christmas Day particularly special- and hope...
