This hotel was excellent. It is an 8 minute walk up from the main ski area (shorter downhill) and there is a courtesy bus in the mornings, with a public bus in the evenings. The rooms are clean and have decent bathrooms. The bar and restaurant area are very comfortable. SPA and pool are good and the food was excellent,...

We went for a family holiday over Christmas 2016 and had a wonderful time. The food was fantastic and the staff really friendly. It was also the most considerate place we have ever stayed for vegetarians and pescatarians. They never needed reminding at all! Lovely comfortable bar area and a nice spa. We would definitely recommend to friends.

Booked through crystal ski with a friend for snowboarding. The hotel was up the hill from the main lift area which made waking quite dangerous but offered a shuttle down the hill in the mornings and was serviced by the public bus system. We had a corner room which was large and had plenty of sunlight. The food was delicious...

We got a great deal for bed, breakfast and evening meal, and cake in the afternoon, and free travel on local buses and other activities. The hotel also offers free use of its indoor swimming pool, with bath-robes provided. Breakfast and dinner were very good, served in the comfortable restaurant. The staff were all friendly and attentive at all times...

We arrived with a larger group of mountain bikers as we started our TransAlp there. The hotel is located nicely but we didn't feel welcome. The female head of the hotel was unfriendly and stated that she should never have accepted such a large group for only one night. On top of this unfriendliness the food of the half pension...

Exceptionally good kitchen - standard european breakfast was perfect, but dinner was outstanding. Friendly stuff, professional service, nice atmosphere, big swimming pool, nice clean rooms, sauna, massage, free wi-fi.

Thoroughly enjoyed a week here mid March 2016. Food was excellent - great selection at both breakfast and dinner and loved the cheese board,. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful additions like the courtesy bus to take us to the ski lifts in the morning, and the fact...

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. We enjoy the ambience of the hotel and the consistent standards met by the owner and staff. We appreciate the casual informality and respect the wishes of management to avoid the wearing of ski wear in the bar and restaurant areas. We like the location close to the town centre but enjoy the...

We had an awesome time a the Kertess. The staff are super friendly, the rooms are great quality, and the food was excellent. My friend suffers from a starch intolerance and the chef created bespoke dishes for him....amazing! You couldn't ask for more. Excellent hotel. Really good atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. We loved our assigned dining table and the food was very good. The bedrooms were comfortable, a really good home after a day on the slopes.
