The hotel is very central to the village and the food was excellent. There was a choice of four main courses, one being vegetarian. Serve your self from the salad bar, a starter (usually a soup) the main course and a sweet. Once a week there was a buffet. The breakfast was in another room and consisted of a choice...

We stayed in two lovely rooms (5 of us) at the Hotel Schneeberger this new year for a weeks skiing holiday. The hotel is typical Austrian style with continental breakfast, and 5 course Austrian food in the evening. The staff are really friendly and the location and facilities are very good. Food is very Austrian which we liked - Tiroler...

Very good family hotel where a guest feel himself very welcome. Run by a warm family where hospitality is very important. Our family room for 4 persons was big and very clean, with a balcony with a lovely view. Meals are delicious, you can choose every day of 4 main courses. Salades you can pick from the buffet. The hotel...

After a rather low-key welcome to the hotel things looked up and we were very impressed with our room - a deluxe with balcony - which was big, bright and clean. Nice little touches such as cushions to put on the balcony chairs, a swivel magnifying mirror in the shower room and swivel bedside reading lights. Free wi-fi in the...

We have been coming to this hotel for many years and each year we are given a very warm welcome from the Schneeberger family. The hotel has been furnished to a very high standard with good spacious rooms. All the rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. We always upgrade to the deluxe rooms which are large and comfortable. Each...

The hotel is located right on the centre of the lovely village. We upgraded the room to deluxe which gave a huge room with seating area and was money well spent. Check in was a shambles as with around 15 people arriving together they enter all passport details there and then instead of getting people into their rooms. If we...

There are elements of "fantastic" to this hotel; it's reasonably priced, very clean, warm, smart comfy bedrooms, fantastic food (every evening meal on the half-board option was a delight!) and it's close to the nursery slopes where you walk up the side road at the back of the hotel, cross the main road to the Alpenland hotel, take the button...

We stayed there in a suite on top floor for 3-4 persons consisting of 2 bed rooms (TV set in each) and 2 separate bath rooms. You should ask for dinner inclusive menu (up to 5 courses of delicious food) and enjoy facilities incl. the sauna & spa area as well as entertainment events.

This hotel is much better than its three star rating implies. It's family run, which makes for a friendly welcome and attentive service. The double room was spacious and comfortable with an en suite shower which was far better than many I've experienced. Our teenage daughter had her own room which although smaller was a major improvement compared with a...

Stayed here for a week in March for our skiing trip. We normally stay in a chalet so didn't know what to expect. The hotel is family-run, quaint but lovely. We had B&B rates; breakfast was typical continental but perfectly adequate. Dinner was five courses, if you count salad! Limited choice offered in the morning for the evening meal, but...

“Ask to be at the back if you don't like road noise, at the front if you like a sunny balcony in the afternoon. The roof/balcony overhang at the side rooms means no direct sun on the balcony. Rooms facing the mountain (Markbachjoch) give stunning views of the paragliders.”
