The location of the property as others have mentioned is excellent! 150m or so from the main gondola to the Ski area and you can ski to literally 5 m from the ski room door! The room was clean and comfortable if a little warm - I'm not sure what it is about Austrian hotels but they seem to be able to generate heat without an obvious source - this is not the first time we've encountered this. Even with every heat source turned off the room still gets extremely warm and dry overnight! The food was excellent for our entire stay. Gourmet dining every night! Never seen so many puree's and foams in a hotel restaurant. Farmers market night was a particular highlight although there was so much choice they could have spread it easily over 4 nights - far too many choices for one meal! Staff and Service were again excellent - we were made to feel very welcome. The team work very hard to ensure that everyone has a fantastic stay. We only had a couple of minor 'gripes'. The first was that the afternoon snack was served daily in the bar area but had no 'drink' supplied. A free tea /coffee or juice after along day on the slopes may have encouraged the guests to congregate in the bar, as it was the area was deserted every afternoon. This was in stark contrast to the many bars along the street directly outside that people were literally falling over themselves to occupy tables. The second was the lack of vegetables at dinner. Don't get me wrong here the food produced by the chef and kitchen staff were exceptional but In over a week we only ever saw 1 vegetable in its natural state (a couple of Romero cauliflower florets)- they were always pureed, solidified in a tart or foamed. But the end of the week we couldn't wait to eat an ordinary vegetable!

We spent 4 nights with a group of friends in the middle of February skiing. We received a warm welcome from the friendly, helpful and professional staff and were very well looked after. The food was delicious and plentiful. Great location at the end of the home run and 5 minutes from the main gondola. We will definitely return next year.

The hotel has an unbeatable location, right next to the slope and a couple hundred meters from the lift and center of town. The food was very good and there is a nice wine selection. The service was hit-and-miss; in some cases, excellent but in a few cases unfriendly, cold and uninterested - which is not okay for a hotel of this class and price. It also was absurd that they charged an extra parking fee on our check-out day to leave the car until 15:00 in the garage. When spending >500€ a night, this is simply uncalled for; and the appalled reaction by the desk agent (manager?) when we asked if a late check out was at all possible was more than off-putting. We go to Ischgl often, but don't plan to return to this hotel.

We stayed 1 week at the end of January . We had 2 rooms one double and one single room. The rooms were clean modern and comfortable beds. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Staff was friendly and attentive . We have stayed here more than 3 x and will be returning next year same week. The location is fantastic because you ski directly to the hotel and very close to everything you desire. Lila

We stayed here over Christmas 2021. I can't speak highly enough of the staff - friendly and super-efficient. The food was wonderful, especially the 11 course menu on Christmas Eve. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well-maintained. You can ski to the door & the heated bootroom was clean and warm. Perfect place for a special occasion.

I came to Ischgl for a week's ski with my husband. The hotel is perfect and even more. We got a great room, but as we didn't want a street view, the manager gave us a side view room, upgraded us to a superior room. The room is huge, extremely clean, silent, and super comfortable, with warming floors in the toilette and shower. Breakfast and dinner, superb. The ski room, very roomy and comfortable. The ski piste ends at the very hotel, so it is ski out. For starting the day, we walked 150 m to the gondola, which doesn't bother at all. Thanks to the manager and all the staff, that were so friendly and helping in everything we asked for. Definitively the first choice in Ischgl.

Ischgl has a lot of hotels all stars. Some 15 years ago was our first time there. Our hotel was not bad of course not excellent too but OK. Next year we find another nearer to the center and lifts. We had a very bad experience concerning clearness but awful food. Little and awful. Our third attempt was Seespitz hotel. And from that time almost every year we come back. Of course maybe there are others good hotels in the area BUT Roller family treats you like family. Yaro is so helpful with all that laggades always in good humor. Arriving at the reception desk they have everything ready for you and you don't spent time,!!!! as special buffet near the reception smells so nice. Rooms are spacious very clean and every time we go there we see a lot of changes in the rooms in lobby bar etc meaning that they spend money for us to be satisfied. Food is fantastic and if there is something you like to eat there is always a solution according to your taste. Breakfast is also so generous I am jealous of those who can eat the half. Leaving the hotel there is a souvenir gift so sweet. Several days are gone since we left Seespitz and dream to come back next year

Stayed during March 2019 and having stayed in numerous hotels over the 20 years or so that Ive been skiing in Ischgl I have to say this was the best hotel I've stayed in. The location is perfect, the food is top class, and what's more they don't do Fondue. The very best thing about this hotel is the people that work to provide the service to you. From the chambermaids to the restaurant staff everything is designed to provide a first class service. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to return.

Hotel located next to most busiest club and it makes lots of noise, don’t stay that side. Price is high, overall like hotel and team.
