It was the fitst time in this hotel. We had a great time. Our son (4 year) got skilessons that was included (10:00-15:00 incl lunch with teacher and kids), he was the only one who speaks Dutch but he had the best time ever! For our daughter (1 year) there was everything: food from Hipp, babyfoon, diapers if you needed...

Spent New Year 2017 in Galtenberg, family with three adults (grandmother came along) and four kids: 6, 10 and two 13-year olds. First, the positives. - Food - we really liked both the quality and the variety of food and wine. And our waiter, Simon, was friendly and helpful. - The spas: kids were happy with theirs, adults liked the...

Stayed here for 7 nights on our first family skiing trip. Kids were automatically booked into ski school from Sunday to Thursday 10am -3pm. All you have to arrange yourself is adult lessons if you want them and ski hire. Ski hire store is next door to the hotel and you just add the bill to your room bill. Hotel...

Food and drinks were excellent with lots of variety of choice. The swimming pool was the best fun with an awesome slide plus an outdoor pool. The gym had all the latest equipment. Kids club had a range of extreme activities including a climbing wall, cinema and a indoor play area. Overall I would recommend this hotel to everyone especially...

Our experience of the place was unpleasant and we took away prematurely. The place was generally characterized by poor management with lack of organization and information in all units, and untrained staff. The restaurant was only a dish served daily, the rest were from the buffet, which meant that we mostly ran back and forth during meals. Quality and service...

We've been to this Kinderhotel five times already, and it's a rare case when the experience is only getting better. Everyone is very nice and helpful, and activities are perfectly organised. Food is delicious, and very well covers the needs of adults an children alike - just need to ski enough to burn all those calories as it's difficult to...

It was a return visit and everything was yet again to a very high standard. The food was a mixture of buffet style and 4 choices from a menu (meat/ fish/ vegetarian/ tyrolean). If you go, make sure you use 7th Heaven, the adults-only pool and spa area, a hot tub on the roof looking out at the most beautiful...

The hotel has recently undergone a very impressive rebuilding/refurbishment. A lot of extra rooms, dining and playing space have been added, plus a rooftop spa, made to the highest standard. We stayed in the newly built wing and were very happy with our room. The only downside is that the toilet and bathroom were separated and the toilet didn’t have...

The review should be written while the memories are still fresh. We came back from our ski holiday yesterday. this is the first time I did not miss home during holiday. I am always home sick but this time I am Galtenberg sick:) We stayed in the hotel with a group of 4 families with 6 kids, ages from 3...

We stopped here for lunch, it was 15 euros for buffet lunch, including drinks. This was fantastic value, food was good, soup, pasta, salad, frites, children's buffet items, ice cream station with choice of 6 different flavours and lots of toppings. Hot and cold drinks included. Would definitely stop here for lunch again
