We have just returned from here after spending a week all inclusive. The room was a good size and very nice, comfortable beds, and cleaned every day and fresh towels each day. Only complaint is the toilet door, it was a glass sliding door that did not fit properly so there was no real privacy. The meals were very good...

Positives were the convenient ski hire, useful ski locker, proximity of the lift and the kids really loved the ski tuition. The hotel was clean and the room was light & spacious enough for a family of 4, although there was no bath and the shower did not work very well at peak times. While it was an enjoyable holiday,...

Dear Mr. H, thank you very much for your review! In case our guests arrive later than midnight we prepare sandwiches as a snack to their room. The reps/tour guides of your tour operator should have informed you about this. Every family gets their specific table for the whole stay. When the hotel is fully booked we are unfortunately not...

One of the best skiing hotels we have ever stayed in. The food was good, service good but not in your face. We travelled as a family and shipped our snowboards via a luggage forwarding service and they were waiting for us in our ski locker when we arrived, great service. The ski school is right next to the hotel,...

Booked through Crystal who messed up, the hotel staff did everything possible to sort it out for us and were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The food and accommodation really was first class and I cannot recommend highly enough. The skiing was literally from the door and nearby facilities for ski hire and so on made life very easy....

We visited this hotel in February with friends for a skiing holiday booked through Crystal. We had read the reviews here andhad seen the usual mix of good and bad. There seemed to be a view that the hotel was ok but the food let it down. I have to say we were bowled over by this hotel. The rooms...

We were two families with each two kids age from 8 to 12. Having experience fantastic half board hiking holidays in Austria already in the past, where we always got more we had expected or even paid for, we were shocked by the co-called “all in” formula in this hotel. Breakfast was every day the same, and that’s ok but...

This is a lovely hotel. We stayed in June 2015. Our suite, a bedroom/ living area with separate twin room was very nice. Some parts of our suite had been recently renovated and the new bathroom was beautiful as was the main room. However the children's room was let down by tatty curtains and old carpets, it was very bare....

If you are a good skier and are comfortable on black runs and don't want to be near the centre of Zell then this hotel will appeal to you. There is a choice of three gondolas just outside the door which will bring you to different areas of the mountain with access to Blue, red and Black runs. The only...

“Rooms facing south west at the back of the hotel are great for watching activities on the slopes and look out on to a couple of the black runs.”

“We were in an attic room at the rear of the hotel (room 309). Views from these rooms are of the mountainside and they get the morning sun. The garden immediately below has a pond and small terrace. I grew to love this view. The front of the hotel has balconies but in my opinion the view of the ski lifts and car parks and the town in the distance are not as attractive as the rear facing rooms. However I dont consider any views a no no.”
