We booked our wedding through Thomsons to stay at the Heitzmann September 2016, after reading reviews both good and bad beforehand we were unsure of what we would see upon arrival. We booked into the junior suite which had mural paintings on the walls, floral blinds and curtains and a princess balcony, this was just the sitting room/child's bedroom! In...

We chose the Heitzmann for a summer break because of the good meals reviews, the modest cost and because they catered for a gluten free vegetarian diet. We were very pleased with the high standard of catering. Breakfast was an extensive buffet. The evening meal was a fixed 5 course menu (starter, soup, salad, main course, dessert) with a choice...

I have just returned from this hotel after a skiing holiday over the Easter Break. The meals were lovely , the hotel very clean and comfortable . The staff were very friendly. The town of Zell am Zee was also very clean with plenty of little bars and restaurants for apres ski or meals. The hotel has a very modern...

Our second stay at the Hotel Heitzmann. It had been revamped since our first visit and very pleasantly surprised. Good sized rooms and good location to the buses and ski slopes. Amazing food. Breakfast and evening waiter staff very pleasant. Only criticisms would be that during evening meals you had to buy water at 5 euros a bottle. They would...

Myself and three friends stayed hear for our ski holiday, we booked trough Crystal ski, we booked the delux rooms which we found to be very spacious and well equipped. The hotel is very central with the main ski gondola being a 5 min walk up the hill. We found the staff very helpful and the food over all was...

We were in a group of 16 when we came to the hotel, after a previous ski holiday elsewhere with rooms which were very disappointing, we were amazed when we got such a stunning room! We were on the top floor and the room was a great size for 3 of us staying in it. The rooms were cosy and...

We recently returned from a family skiing holiday here. The Hotel is perfectly situated to all amenities. Easy walking distance to ski slope, shops and bars as well as the fantastic leisure centre. The ski slope was much bigger and busier than we expected, great for experienced skiers and there is quite a lot of blue runs for people who...

I was a little concerned to read the review 'Not great at all'. However, this was quickly dispelled soon after arriving in Austria. We were given a decent sized room and were pleased with the ski store especially its heated boot rack. The meals were particularly good with plenty of variety at breakfast time (hot and cold items available). At...
