Friendly, helpful service. Very clean. Great location - near restaurants, walks/treks - great views (highly recommend a room with a balcony! ) they upgraded us free of charge, what more can you want? Definitely our place from now on if ever in the area. Thanks again.

This hotel was fabulous. Great view and an Irish and German receptionist that went out of the way to ensure we went to the best places.... Hotel is right on the rail way track and 1st night was a bit unbearable but 2nd night we were too tired from the wonderful activities to worry, try the crazy daisy for dinner...

We were very impressed by our stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful with excellent English. The rooms were great, with a lovely bathroom. The breakfast provided was an absolute standout, one of the best buffet breakfasts we have ever had. The location is wonderful, directly opposite the lake and incredibly close to the train station. Do not...

This hotel is right on the side of lake zell, it is clean, comfortable, warm and has the friendliest staff I have had the pleasure of meeting in a hotel. Two minute walk to the train station, and a minutes walk to the shops is perfect. Free wifi is available which is always a good thing these days. There is...

This hotel would be in an ideal location if it didn't look out over train tracks (with frequent trains passing by) and a main traffic street (...the ear plugs provided at the bed side should have been a warning!) Otherwise, the location was central and by the water, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed a tad...

The breakfast is excellent, they had alot of varieties which gives you options to have differnet breakfast each day The staff were very helpful and friendly. They try to help you as much as they can The view of the room was great....

From the moment we were welcomed by the lovely Shinead,we felt at home.Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are basic, but very clean and the view is amazing. Although th trainline runs past it was not a problem at night. The breakfast staff were charming, and the food excellent..
