Overall this a very nice hotel, we stayed for skiing during February half-term 2023. The reception on arrival was pretty brusque, and not really helpful after a day of travel, but once in our rooms all was well. The rooms themselves were great for skiing, warm (but not stupid hot like a lot of ski hotels) good powerful showers and nice linen, they were kept appropriately clean. Breakfast was excellent a wide range of coffee options, fruit juices, continental and cooked options as well as cereals and fresh fruit. After skiing there was a really nice late afternoon hot stew and bread available free of charge which we very welcome and delicious. In the evening we used the Pizza/ Italian restaurant attached to the bar, the food was well priced and decent quality, from a modest menu selection, the staff were friendly and efficient.

The main facilities we used were the pool and spa areas, both are really pleasant areas. The pool was unsurprisingly very noisy during peak times (5 - 7pm) with the post ski kids brigade, but at other times was a tranquil place to have a swim and chill out. The Spa was a lovely space (fully nude as is normal in Austria) with two different temperature saunas, a steam room, infrared room as well as plenty of anti rooms to chill in. The other facility we made use of was the ski storage room, which like the rest of the hotel was spotlessly clean. The room itself has heated boot store and plentiful ski racks and has it’s own exit onto the street. Next door is a Late Check Out room, which has a shower and toilet for use if you want to ski after check out. The whole ground floor area is well throughout and feels well made and probably recently constructed.

We really enjoyed our time there, nothing was stand out exceptional, but everything was clockwork, very good.

At the moment we are staying at this hotel. The location is perfect but the service in the restaurant is poor. They prefer to have buffet instead of serving a normal dinner. They offer you things on the buffet which ran out already early and the chef cook refuse to make new things by telling that didn’t expect people to eat that they so much. They couldn’t keep up the expectations of the buffet. In the end it is no that bad at all but they should improve the restaurant service.

Attention: The picture is from the garden side. Many rooms face the street. Located in the middle of Schüttdorf. Loud!!! (School operation, delivery zone) Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room wood paneled (ceiling and walls) crushing and small. The carpet in the room had a large stain (gitt) and at the patio door the carpet was greatly faded. Not okay for a 4**** star hotel. Do not take a room with balcony, as a non-smoker you cannot open windows!!!
The restaurant is great also has show cooking (the smell wafts through the whole restaurant. Those who are sensitive should not be put near)
The breakfast buffet is nothing special does not give much choice. Dinner is not worth the money. !!! Those who have only booked breakfast are considered by the waiters as human 2. Class handles i.e. one is ignored. Also you sit somewhere else every morning, there is no fixed table only for guests with half board, they are courted (wg. Tipping). The wellness area is small , has only a stainless steel swimming pool. Saunas are opened from 15.00h (saunas cold before ,does not work at all) and there it is full. Towels are not available in the wellness area for changing. There is only warm tea, no cool water (only from the tap) , no cold and fresh juices to drink from a dispenser!!! Not sustainable for us. Who likes it!!! Don't come back. Thanks for nothing.!!!

Stayed here for a week in Jan 22. The rooms were pretty basic for the money paid. We thought the hotel was ski in ski out but this is not the case. They locked the easy route from the peiste on a night which was strange. My main problem with this place was how rude the staff were. There was one chap on reception (older guy with glasses) who was consistently so rude to each of our group, never one smiled or gave please and thank yous. We were taken back and actually laughed at his audacity. The way he spoke to his colleagues was short aswell. I found myself wanting to be rude back to him. Asking him a question was as if I asked him to punch himself in the face. In general I found the staff to lack English (unable to provide directions or recommendations). The rooms were very basic and the duvet/ cushions were so low quality they vanished when you placed your head on them. 2 small single duvets for a single bed. A twin room does not come with 2 beds but a sofa bed. So I paid £550 (half the room) to stay on a sofa bed for a week. The spa really uplifted the experience and without that I would have a major problem here. Apart from the fact it was nude (despite it being austrian to go without clothes we felt this was a little perverted). We had bed and breakfast, which was ok. There were plenty of choices it just got repetitive after a week. The juice was industrial like people say and I found the coffee to be abit off. In general the hotel was basic and just ok. There were non of the nice to haves when skiing like a fireplace. The communal area closed at 10pm every night. Restrictions on covid have recently lifted in the UK but in the hotel and Zell am See be prepared to wear masks everywhere, even outside. I would personally not return to this hotel.

We have had the nicest week in this hotel. Due to covid our holiday was cancelled to France so I'm 12 hours we had booked flights to Austria and picked a hotel. Well we are so glad we did the hotel cannot do enough for you the service is amazing friendliest staff ever! Feel so sorry for them trying to recover from all the covid mess and 3 lockdowns!! Eddie at this bar is the best cocktail maker ever really recommend. The pizza restaurant attached to hotel is amazing. Everyone has been so helpful really could not wish for more. Thankyou we know you are struggling with restrictions but you have still made it a fantastic holiday!!

The hotel is "tired" and clearly used by coach tours who stay for one night and then move on. It desperately needs a facelift and bringing into the 21st century. At the same time staff need to be educated on how to best treat customers as they are face of the hotel and its business ethos. We experienced rude and unfriendly staff during our two night stay.

My first stay in this hotel. It is a lovely hotel , ideally situated for the ski lift. The staff are exceptional, very friendly and helpful. In particular Ahmed and Jaqueline at reception are very helpful and friendly. The other staff of note ,are Alesaad and Patrick who made me feel very welcome. The food on half board was excellent! I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Thankyou Hotel Latini for a lovely week.

A stylish four star hotel which offered very good value for money. The room felt quite new with an abundance of high glossed wood panelling throughout. The room was on the small side and the amenities were a bit thin.
The breakfast hall was a beautiful room with a lot of small touches such as the light globes being shaped like little flames. An excellent breakfast spread including what was for us a rarely seen hot breakfast.
The hotel is situated some way from the town of Zell Am See, as we soon discovered when we followed the signs some kilometres to the lake.
Overall a pleasant experience.

I was here for two nights. It was lovely and I had a great time with the IAEA ski team. I would definitely reckoned this to passionate skiers because the ski resort is a 5 minutes walk from here. The food here is excellent ( especially dinner ). The rooms were in perfect condition and had nice wood work on the walls. Next to the lobby there is a nice bar with plenty of delicious drinks to keep you happy 😃.

Lieber Herr Sergey!
