This is the fourth time I have stayed in Chalet Charlotte for skiing with a large family group! The rooms are fresh, clean and comfy with stunning views. The breakfast is huge and tasty. The sauna is devine are a days skiing!! And there's a pool table in the basement! The location is good - a short drive from the schmitten or glacier or ski bus stop right outside. What makes us come back is the lovely family that run it and how helpful they always are. The host Nicky helps us book restaurants and set up lessons with the nicest teachers who seem to know everyone on the mountain! Hoping to come back again!

Absolutely beautiful chalet that catered for upto 17 guests. 14 of us adults and big teenagers- masses of space. Clean and beautifully presented property situated close enough to skiing and stuff to do but also far enough to be away from the mayhem. Lovely owners who couldn’t be more helpful 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

A very warm welcome awaits you at this chalet, and a lovely place it is too. The rooms very clean and comfortable and there was a lovely lounge area. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. It was close to restaurants and for us ideally located for the Grossglockner high alpine pass. If in the area again I would definitely book again. There is a great games room downstairs with plenty for the kids to do. We had a problem with one of the bikes, there was a dealer nearby and Nicola was able to translate for us. thanks ever so much for your help.

Such a lovely place, we got a warm welcome in this place, ran by a lovely English couple. Rooms are great, price is great, breakfast is phenomenal. The location is gorgeous, just next to a waterful (there are a few awesome walks), not far from the grossglockener and 15 min away from Sell am See. Super duper highly recommended.

We love every minute of our stay in Chalet Charlotte!! Amazing quick & efficient response when we needed a place to stay during our adventure in Grossglockner High Alpine Road. The owner Mr. Richard Dixon, who is from Britain, is so considerate and helpful in every way. He replied my Email requests about the transportation to the nearest airport, and the optional driving route to reach his place with lots of useful detail information. We were welcomed warmly. The spotless room & the double bed was so comfortable with delightful fragrance. Our private little terrace was fabulous with stunning mountain view. The visitors may relax with a cup of tea or coffee in the cosy peaceful common lounge area anytime which made us feel like staying at home. The interesting entertaining basement area is a great bonus especially for family. A phenomenal hill top restaurant overlooks the lake Zell am See & a great lake beach recommended by Richard became another highlight of our trip in Austria next day!! It made my day really!! Inviting Alpine cottage, cosy room, warm welcome and all the kind help by Richard is all you need to have a good time in Austria. We will definitely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks again Richard. We do appreciate it. ˆ_ˆ…

Just returned from my Hen weekend in Austria, organised by my friends. They couldn't have chosen a nicer place to stay than Chalet Charlotte. The hosts, Nicola and Richard could not have been more welcoming, accommodating and professional. The chalet is extremely clean and well kept, spacious and has everything you could need for your time away. Taxis were arranged for us by the couple and did a supermarket stop on the way. All of our transport was arranged for us for the entire weekend and train times checked etc - which really helped. Upon arrival we were welcomed with tea/coffee and a freshly baked cake. The girls decorated the place which they were more than happy for us to do. We were served a fantastic 3 course meal, wine and bubbles... this was all after mulled wine and canapés. Then a continental breakfast which was equally fantastic. Everything you could possibly want and bucks fizz for the train journey into Salzburg. The games room was great with good facilities - which allowed us to make as much noise as we wanted... for a group of 13 women this was a bonus. The beds were extra comfy... necessary for the few hours sleep we got. The views were fabulous too... especially once it had snowed. When I 'lost' my bag they did everything they could to help relocate it - contacting everywhere we had been and luckily it was found. All in all, the couple could not do enough for us and we can't recommend it enough. Such an amazing weekend which was made by the chalet and its hosts!!…

Great location to stay amongst the alps after exploring the Gross Glockner alpine road! Clean room, comfortable bed, good free wifi, good priced & owner spoke English (originally from the UK). Shower was pretty small but didn't mind it as we only stayed overnight.
