We were so glad we stayed 4 nights at this wonderfully located property recently. All the rooms were a great size with balconies looking up to the mountains. After the very touristy hustle and bustle of nearby popular towns, the peace and quiet to return to is a big plus when you're travelling. We did not have a car but...

Introduction; we were walking in the area and stayed for 2 + 1 nights. Arrival; we arrived by bus and the owner came to pick us up from the stop which was much appreciated. He also checked us in, very helpful and pleasant. Room; our room was a good size with a balcony but overlooked the car park, however it...

We stayed at Aberseehof whilst on a hiking tour around the lakes. It was our favourite hotel in the area by far! Great rooms (with a great shower and deck), lovely view from the rooms and restaurant, and good food and drink at the restaurant. The staff there were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. So nice to...

We stayed here for three nights in total within a week, but with a gap in between (2 + 1), and we were given a different room each time. We enjoyed our stay very much. The first room we had was on the compact side, but it was perfectly pleasant and functional, decorated in a modern style and with a...

Hotel is a bit hard to find, particularly in the night time. Rooms are big and very clean, typical family pension. Very good Austrian home cuisine, tasty breakfast. Neighborhood is beautiful however in late evening you will struggle to find place for dining.

We stayed in hotel aberseehof as the beginning and end of a self guided walking tour and were very happy with rooms, service, food and location! We were given great rooms each time with an upgrade on our last night- without even asking for it! Very much appreciated the friendly family run place! Certainly would go back and can recommend...

We were really taken by this hotel,, the first of several during a self-guided walking tour. We were struck by the wonderful views across fields and farmlands to the mountains the moment we walked into the foyer. These views we enjoyed from the smart dining room, the equally smart, light-filled breakfast room and from our clean, attractive and quite spacious...

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. It is in a semi-rural area (Abersee is an recreation area rather than a town). The hotel is surrounded by fields and farms. The rooms, meals and service are all very good. Enough English is spoken. A kilometer away there is a ferry across Wolfgangsee to St. Wolfgang. To get to the...
