Such a wonderful hotel with welcoming staff. Saalbach is fantastic also at summer time. Love to come here to Alpenhotel during winter to ski but the alps are so beautiful also without snow. ❤️ We love the "homely" feeling and good food in both Mexican Pipas and Italian Toscana. Great pizzas!

Alpenhotel Saalbach is a very comfortable place to stay. Rooms were always clean and cozy, restaurants downstairs have one of the best stuff I have seen (managing by friendly Italian). Skiing lift is close - app 300 meters.

We stayed here for three nights at the end of the ski season, in a superior double room. The hotel was very clean and the room itself was spacious with a great bathroom (double sinks, large bath and fantastic shower). The staff were polite and accommodating with the exception of one lady in the bar who was very rude on...

The hotel is very conveniently placed for skiing, a couple of minutes away from Schattberg Express which takes you up to 2000m. The hotel is impeccably clean, the rooms are quiet and comfortable (with the exception of the couch which was a bit hard), the restaurant has a very friendly layout, the food is excellent and the staff are extremely...

We have enjoyed a short ski break in Saalbach and stayed in the Alpenhotel. A decent hotel with a nice entree. As you might and can expect in Austria, the rooms are clean and crisp. Daily menu was good enough as well as the wines. We had a great ski break and the hotel did meet our expectectations. If you...

We have stayed in skiing season on 5 occasions, the last in 2015. There is a personal and genuine welcome by h\err Thomas, the owner, who takes a personal interest in your well being. The rooms are comfortable, Austrian twins. There is a small indoor pool. The highlight is the dining room and kitchen. Dinner is a 4 or 5...

We stood in Alpenhotel some days in February. The first good impression came as, arriving late due to an issue, received some food in our room, refreshments and water free of charge. Rooms were very very nice, full of wood, relaxing, elegant. From the breakfast to the dinner, everything was well prepared. Portions were generous, wine choice was wide and...

Excellent location for lifts and ski school. Makes life so much easier. Family Thomas and the team were exceptional. Thomas and Dora in the Restaurant gave us superb service and really looked after us. Whilst being professional the entire team made us feel like it was home from home for a week. Nothing was to much trouble for anybody. We...
