All in all it I can say it was a good choice from us to stay at the Hotel. Our room was very nice and big - also the bathroom. The staff is very friendly and gave us always support. We arrived already at 10 a.m. and therefore our room was not ready yet. But anyway they offer you a separate room where you can change your clothes and lock your stuff. The same is available on the departure date. The spa area is very nice and quiet (if there is no drunk Dutch group, which thinks to can be loud and make a Apre Ski after party - but this happened only one evening). Restaurant Muzi: The breakfast was perfect - a big variety of bread, ham, etc. On one day we also enjoyed dinner there. We liked it very much, so we decided to do so the next day as well BUT it was closed at 8 p.m. already, without any announcement or anything - at the end we where forced to go to the center...... Next year, and if the Hotel is available, we will for sure book it again.

We arrived at 3 PM - no snack, no cappuccino, no room service, no minibar. Inappropriate for a suite with a 650 € price tag. So we picnicked in hotel room with leftovers from road trip. Hotel information on suite pad - Sort of iPad –not up to date. Receptionist didn’t inform us, that you could only call reception or other non-existent services through this device. One of the speakers not working. Bathrobes were missing. Acoustics of paperthin walls. So you have to listen to other guests rambling wooden hallway in ski boots, vacuum cleaning hallways and neighbors’ conversation. Very noisy kitchen directly above wellness area. Sauna with panoramic view not existent. Uncared operation. No fresh cups - no fruits or alike. Beautiful disfunct big wall clock. In not steamy and very low temp steam room screw sticks out of wooden bench 1 inch where you would place your heel - with little light. Upon arrival we reserved a table at in-house Minzo’s restaurant as recommended by receptionist. Felt like a cafeteria. After being seated the waiter revealed it’s the restaurants last night and unfortunately many main dishes unavailable. They were simply crossed out on the menu. So we switched to very high-priced Seppi‘s restaurant - with unsatisfying mixed experience. Partially same photographs in menu as Minzo’s. Very engaged reception by overselling restaurant manager. We were seated at another couples table - standard at this restaurant. The waiter made me reuse my fork from starter dish by putting it back on the table. Overcooked prawns in a very tasty tomato sauce. The bottle of white wine called “Fiora” - Italian for flower – tasted more like honey and date and had a dull taste to it - nothing of flower as promised in wine menu’s description. Dry cured bistecca fiorentina was quite an experience. The green salad was watery and of poor quality. Baked potatoes very tasty. Next evening lamb rack was sold out as in Minzo’s restaurant and dorade was overcooked. Upon remark they retried and it was cooked right. Unfortunately the restaurant manager did not care to tame a table with a group of Dutch. So in a restaurant with six tables it was unbearable noisy. Very tedious to keep up a conversation. The very kind waiter Robert tried to make the best of all. The Bar: We ordered monkey Gin from bar menu but unavailable. Then we ordered Campari Orange - the bartenderess had to refer to Internet for instructions. Nothing much left of breakfast the next morning. Left overs. Cold cuts scarsly stacked so you had to grab them to pull a few off. A total of four rolls available.
