Me and my boyfriend stayed at Zillertalerhof Monday - Sunday for Snowboming, we had a really great stay although we were a bit disappointed when we got into our room as we thought we were getting a superior room as it stated on our booking and we were given just a standard double room, our room was good though, had... The Hotel Zillertalerhof was great. The staff were all hospitable and friendly. The breakfasts were superb. The suite rooms were big and with extended balconies. The showers are good with ample hot water / pressure. The location is right by Europahaus, ideal for Snowbombing visitors, and just a five minute walk from the Main Street with restaurants, bars and the... More

The Hotel Zillertalerhof is a beautiful, comfortable, well located hotel. But we had a couple problems with the staff. First of all, since the snow conditions were not great, I asked Karen at the front desk about trains in and out of the area to places like Innsbruck and Salzburg, etc. She told me that they were not a travel... We were very happy with the Hotel Zillertalerhof. Our room was excellent -- we particularly loved the heated bathroom floor! The beds are very comfy and our room was huge. Our package included breakfast and dinner ... all the dining was outstanding. Breakfast is a giant, delicious buffet that includes eggs and bacon, if you prefer an "American" breakfast. Also... Our ski club just got home from a week of skiing in Mayrhofen. We stayed at the Hotel Zillertalerhof during our stay. The Hotel zillertalerhof was highly recommended by Snow Tours, Inc. They were correct when they said that we would love the Zillertalerhof. The front desk staff was there and ready when our group of 43 people arrived and... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week in early January for my first experience of skiing. The staff were really helpful and friendly even before we got there by helping me book airport transfer and giving us information about ski hire and lessons. The staff were always really friendly and chatty when we had breakfast and wanted to... More

We booked here for 6 of us for a week to snowboard. The location of the hotel was about a 5minute walk to the lifts which was perfect and nice every morning. The receptionist every day couldn't be more helpful whether it was giving us a discount card for ski hire or ordering us a taxi when we required it... More

Had a great week at this hotel, from the minute we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff. The food was excellent with a good choice and the Gala dinner was fantastic starting with a champagne reception where our hosts ensured our glasses were kept topped up. We decided to keep our skies and boots in the hotels storage facility... More

Although we did not stay here we booked in for a massage at the end of our ski holiday. There is a lovely pool and relaxing area and the masseur was amazing at finding those tight muscles and getting rid of the tension. A definite treat to finish our break. Book well in advance as he comes to the hotel... More
