Arrived expecting to be staying in two large apartments which were pre-booked. I was then told by the Owner that neither apartment was actually available. One was still occupied and the other we did not find out until the next day was not given to us because it was uncleaned. We were then summarily put into a tiny, shabby two...

Hotel charged 5 euro per person for taking shower (in sauna area) on the last day of our shortski trip, because we were "not guests of the hotel" anymore. Although this might be perfectly legal, this is NOT customer minded related to guests who stayed in the hotel and still were guests in the morning. From our point of view...

This was our second time at the hotel. It is family run & although we had some confusion with our reservation, it was quickly handled. It is a lovely hotel & the rooms are very comfortable. We had a suite with a large balcony. Views are wonderful & the location to the Ahornbahn & Penkenbahn is excellent. If you have...

Stayed here in June with friends on a bed and breakfast basis, having booked through Booking.com. We originally booked into the sister hotel at lower end of the village, but were moved into this hotel, which is brilliantly located in between the two main cable car stations, the Penkenbahn and the Ahornbahn. You can therefore have easy access to all...

We spent there our honeymoon in October 2008 (a long time ago :D) but I am sure that nothing has changed since then. The food was excellent, the people were very nice and helpful and everybody had a big smile on their faces! The hotel was quiet and we had an amazing view from our balcony! I strongly recommend!

Excellent hospitality with all the staff helpful at all times. The food was also of excellent quality served in a pleasant and quiet dining room. Our double room had plenty of space with a good sized bathroom and separate WC. On arrival we were given the keys of two rooms and asked to choose one, both were good but being...

This hotel is perfectly located at the top end of the main street, easy to access from the Mayrhofen bypass. We received a warm helpful welcome and found our room to be reasonably large and beautifully furnished in traditional style. The bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom small but with all facilities. The buffet breakfast was excellent, including cold meats...

Functional and spacious rooms. We had a nice view up to the mountains. Good location close to the bars, but not too close, and the ski lifts. Exceptionally friendly, if somewhat quirky, staff. Wish we had stayed here for our whole stay. Good value for money.

This is a lovely small hotel located perfectly in the center of Mayrhofen between the Penken & Ahorn lifts (both a matter of minutes stroll away). There is also easy access to local ski bus and train if you fancy a day in one of the valley's other resorts. Food was excellent; huge breakfast buffet with lots of selections and...

What a fab hotel! We stayed for one week half board. Homemade schnapps greeted us on arrival. The 4 course dinners were of a high standard and the breakfasts were just what was needed for a long day skiing. Lovely spa, the only thing I would change would be to have it open on Saturdays! Some people were unhappy with...
