I must say that the area is beautiful and typical amazing nature of Austria. But, the hotel is overpriced with so many weird add-on charges that ruins your mood and experience. 1. There is no ironing board in the room. If you ask for it then they offer you the ironing service at higher cost than in Hilton. 2. There is no water heater or coffee maker in the room. 3. They told us at check-in that everything in the mini bar is free - this means one water and one Almdudler. Our water was already open so the previous guest probably already started it. 4. Dinner is included yet you pay more for drinks than you would pay for a meal in a regular restaurant. We paid 6 EUR for water per person!! 4. The staff is super nice! But the cleaning was not well organized and we came home after a long day of hiking to a dirty room. They did not touch the room the whole day. And when we asked we were told that they do not clean after 18:00. Well, you also did not clean before 18:00 😀 at least not our room which had a sign on the door asking for cleaning. 5. Whenever you ask for something missing in the room - like for example glasses, which should be in the room I guess, they will charge you room service for bringing you glasses 😀 I hope you dear hotel management have a view on your services and maybe do a recheck of reality! I understand that as long as you have flocks of Austrians coming you will not care of changing anything - but things change and you will become obsolete!…
An absolutely stunning place, and very reasonably priced for a day visit. About 80 euros for a family of 4 - all day until 10pm. Pools were lovely and with a mountain backdrop it was visually impressive. But there were a couple of things that just weren't right. We spotted lumps of poo twice in two different pools. Which had just been left there. Very odd, and unpleasant for such a classy resort. The second point worth mentioning is the lack of visible staff. They tend to sit in a monitoring room which means the kids do what they want on thongs like the slides. This is Austria though, and there is less of a 'nanny state'. The issue with the floating sewage though, was enough to mean we won't be returning.
The facility of this hotel was fantastic and all the members of the staffs were very kind and nice to us at all time, I highly recommend this hotel. The pool at the roof top with the mountain view was amazing and it is impossible to describe the view in word. Really amazing and fantastic. The foods were pretty good and I enjoyed to stay in this hotel.
Wanted to go here with my family. Due to some serious injury I’m totally not capable to swim. Despite this I wanted to join my family inside, just to watch them having a good time from a chair. Unfortunately the caissière wouldn’t let me in unless I paid for a full ticket. Kind of an unfriendly manner of treating impaired people.
I visited this hotel in February because of skiing I have to say it's a beautiful modern hotel and we took a room with a view there is an older TV, why I give four stars breakfast was nice but still the same and I missed waffles and pancakes, they were not much good. Coffee was not good anywhere for me bitter. The problem was that we extended our stay and no one told them at both dinner and breakfast and there was a problem with the table that we didn't have any slowly and we wanted the same for the duration of the stay, some waiters were slow and didn't know much, and sometimes they kept us waiting a long time. Beautiful wellness both up and down but what I have to praise is the whole bar where we went every night and I must say that we did not drink better drinks anywhere in Dubai than at your bar and the service was also very pleasant.…

Booked a room for September. Hotel sends a cancellation in August and says I was a no call no show and they are canceling sept res and that I will be getting and invoice for 850 no show. I explained there must be some sort of mix up, I would even pay a 50-100 fee if error was mine but I only have confirmation for Sept. I will not pay full rate. Hotel would not accommodate. Not paying, not staying. Book at your own risk. Plenty of spas in Austria.
One of our favorite destinations and spa hotels. High season and fully booked hotel, but all staff and services were nice, polite and friendly. Very good dinners, excelllent breakfasts, great spa, sa,unas and pools, nice bar, etc. We will be back soon:-)
We came here to rest and enjoy peace and quiet. We made it clear in our reservation that we need quiet, even confirmed 5 days before arrival on the phone. When we arrived after a 6 hr drive we were given a room on top of the reception area where all cars arrive and depart, overlooking the main highway with noise from trucks and heaven vehicles, and if that was not enough a connecting door to the next room. The attitude of reception staff was they had no other room, we could check with them next morning and perhaps they could change us. Why make a specific reservation if it then not honoured?! The reception manager seemed totally indifferent or willing to correct their mistake, and his attitude left a lot to be desired. Likewise with checkout: they suggested at dinner to check- out the night bwfore which we did. They cleared billed some items twice, but it still took them 15 mins to sort out, after which they apologized profusely, but insisted we still have to check out next morning again. The old cook making breakfast was grumpy and rude - apart from incompetent! See the result of two fried eggs ordered which resember more scrambled eggs (last photos). If he was less rude it would not be so bad. The food was ok and they tried hard to offer different dishes. The drinks were way over-priced and not that great! Most serving staff were very nice and friendly: the guys from Gran Canaria and Spain, the Croatian and Hungarians! Likewise the cleaning staff! I have to say that some effort was done but generally speaking quality assurance and control were very lacking! Another example is the curtains in the room: rods there for clearly two curtains, but only one, leaving a large part uncovered - what use are curtains to eliminate light if only partially cover the opening?! (See last photos) The hotel is situated in beautiful surroundings with a wonderful spa - it would not hurt to put some soap in the spa showers, especially in pandemic times! The wifi was very weak and not working most times. The hotel is marketed at 4 star superior, the range is more accurate at 3 star plus, but less than 4 stars, much less superior. Just charging a high price does not make a hotel ‘superior’. There are some serious deficiences, and if we were to come again i would hope to see some improvements and need guarantees for a really quiet room, otherwise better not. Because of the above mentioned issues, but especially the attitude of the reception manager I will only give 1 star, which is justified.…
