The hotel is quite ok, if you do not expect atmosphere of the alpine region. At the reception I didn't received the correct info to get a cheaper price for Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse. Finally they charged more than needed. The dinner is served as a buffet. Here the focus is on meat and unfortunately not with the best quality. I've missed... More

Just back (Jan 2015) from Heiligenblut where we stayed in this hotel for the week. We haven't stayed in a hotel for a skiing holiday for years so weren't sure what to expect. Well, we had a great time. From the moment we arrived we were looked after fantastically well by all of the staff. Really enjoyed the food in... More

Please visit this city if you never did it, friendly people, fantastic atmosphere, This hotel is very friendly, with very nice rooms and fantastic kitchen. When you arrived from your walk what you did in the mountains you find great drinks in the bar and get very very excellent dinner in the restaurant.

We found this to be a good quality hotel for the price. The buffet breakfast and dinner were good for the price, but admittedly not exceptional. This was a one night stopover for us and for those of you, who are travelling/driving around, the hotel has washng machines, available at a small cost with washing powder included. The staff were... The hotel is a great value for money option. Staff is very friendly, trying to resolve every problem. The dishes have enough of variety for everybody to choose from. The spa area is a joke, very small, overcrowded, with lots of loud screaming kids, you cannot relax there at all. In the evening, the hotel bar is full, and you... More

We arrived here during our honeymoon, we were surprised to stay in a double room chamber. Comfortable and spacious. Quiet area of hotel on the 3rd floor. Good internet reception (free WiFi) in the rooms. Food is traditional Austrian, not so much fresh vegetables unfortunately. Breakfast is very good, especially prior a day of skiing/boarding. Utmost friendly staff, feels very... More

Heiligenblut is a beautiful village and tne neighbourhood offers several exciting opportunities for families traveling with kids. The hotel is ok. Since we wanted to make excursions every day, a quiet room, good food and good location was important. We had a huge family room, food was very good, hotel staff is very friendly, mainly Hungarians. Spa is small but... More

we have spent 4 nights in the hotel. it was advertised as a luxury skiing long weekend. probably the biggest disappointment was the wellness area. Sauna was ok, everything else was quite poor, small, used, old. Kids were screaming all around the pools and the wellness area what was quite bothering if you were about relaxing. Rooms were clean, but... More

This is NOT a 4* hotel this is a kindergarden! We spend there a five days winter holidays with my family and friends. We supposed to have a reaxing and peaceful holidays in 4* hotel with spa. But the hotel was full of families with small noisy children. If you want to relax, do not choose this hotel. Hotel: old,... More

Heiligenblut - one of the most beautiful places in the alps. Our house is a comfortable, snug, and sporty hotel in an ideal location in Heiligenblut. Here you will experience the culinary variety of a premiere restaurant, wrapped in the colorful diversity of a marketplace: it starts in the morning with an elaborate breakfast served until 10 a.M., And ends in the evening with first-class cooking. Our kindergarten, our own petting zoo, as well as the playground provide amusement for our little guests. For tennis fans we offer a tennis center featuring 3 well-groomed sand courts, one racquet ball court, as well as universal fitness equipment.
