A charming villa, revamped and very clean, with super friendly new owners who care a lot. Great bfast and quite good dinner, all in all a bargain. definitely will go again. Large rooms available, a "small room" however is good for 1, difficult to space for two people Nice sauna and steam bath

The view was amazing from the room. We had a corner room with windows on ALL sides, and the room was HUGE, with two couches, a large bed, extra bed, walk in closet. This was just a standard room. The hotel owners are very friendly. You can purchase the high alpine road pass here for a discount. Breakfast was average,...

We stayed at Hotel Kaiservilla in January. Heiligenblut was always on my bucket list, but the accomodation topped my expectations of this lovely place. Our hosts were tremendously helpful, and we did not want to leave at the end of our stay. We will definately be visiting again, and Hotel Kaiservilla will be the place where we stay.

This hotel is worth a stay! Stayed there for one night in mid June 2016 on route from Austria to Italy. Superb location, rooms with great views from Balcony to GrossGlockner. Personal and professional service and Breakfirst was very delightful. Will definitely stay there several days next time we pass by :-)

Very pleasant place. Warm welcome. I would reccomend it. We didn’t make a reservation so we took the last room available .. a “suite”. Very nice room, great view from the balcony. It was also available a parking lot covered for the motorbike. I would recommend more variety for the breakfast. Unfortunatly for having dinner in their restaurant it is...

Stayed one night at the Kaiservilla. Was more than pleased as our room was large, well appointed and had facilities that we did not find in larger hotels. In addition the view from our room was amazing. Breakfast was good but above all the management and staff were exceeding friendly and helpful. Could not recommend it highly enough.

We stayed 2 nights in the B&B Budget Room which was tastefully decorated and very spacious and bright. I loved the bathroom with steps up to the bath and the front door and windows gave beautiful views. Outside was a bench and small patio overlooking the village. Madeleine was extremely friendly and we had a lovely breakfast in the hotel,...

We came late and reserved a room for two adults and two childrens. They didn't have beds for a childrens. Staff told us that "It's not heir problem" many times. We didn't hear words "I am sorry". At the end we moved to a Hunguest Hotel Heiligenblut where their guests are their problem and they take a care about us...

I have to say that this was one place I regret staying only 1 night. After riding our motorcycles from Hallein, over the Hochkonigstrasse and then the Grossglocknerstrasse, we were exhilarated, but tired. It was so uplifting to see a lovely property at the end of our ride. After a friendly reception from Karel, our bikes were safely tucked away...
