We stayed here with our kids. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We had a tour of the gardens with all the fruit trees and flowers. It is a 5 min walk to the beach and hardly anyone else was there. A great place to unwind.
On our first visit to Panama we found this little B & B not far from the beach in Pedasi. Our room opened to a delightful little patio with hammocks to relax in and a beautiful lush green yard with birds and small wildlife. Our hostess was charming. Our breakfast was a simple meal of eggs, fruit and toast. This place is so peaceful and so beautiful we knew we had to come back. Not only to visit, but staying here did a huge job of turning our desire for a peaceful retirement into a reality. Isabella is charming and quite accommodating. When we decided to return a few months later, we realized she and her husband would be out of town. To our delight, she hired someone to stay there during our second visit, just so we could once again stay in this peaceful, comfortable environment. Now that's a grat hostess! After staying there we decided to buy property just up the road and have returned to Pedasi to build our home and retire here full time.…
We loved La Rosa! The view, the hammocks on the deck, the hosts and the company were excellent. You are away from noise except the wind and waves. Because you are between town and the beach, know that we must walk to get food. Not far and nice walk. Pedasi is very quiet and well-kept. A little hard to know when businesses might be open. THANKS!
Great location close to Pedasi and walking distance to the local beach. It is also a good location for events in Las Tablas but distant enough to be out of the noise and traffic. Great sleeping hearing the waves from the beach. Isabelle and Robert are terrific hosts.
Comfortable and cozy, I loved my 3 day stay at La Rosa. Great hosts and lovely, relaxing ambience. Hear the ocean waves from your bed. I will surely return to this oasis on my next visit to Pedasi. Highly recommended!
Thank you to the hosts for all their tips about Pedasi and Isla Iguana. They were very kind and helpful for our very short stay in the hostal. This B&B is 5 to 10-minute walk to a beautiful beach. We enjoyed watching the sunset :).
Absolutely lovely B & B in peaceful surroundings overlooking green countryside rolling down to the sea. Our room was large and comfortable with a good shower. Breakfast was simple and fresh but the really plus point was Isabella and Richard our hosts. They were exceptionally friendly and helped us make the most of memorable stay there. Absolutely recommended.
We (being 2 couples) chanced upon this little gem of a place during some beach touring in Pedasi. This place is close to Playa el Toro and we discovered it on our way back into town from the beach. They just happened to have 2 rooms (there are 3 in total) available for us for a one-night stay. The rooms are plain but very comfy and very clean. There's no A/C but you don't need it. There's always fresh breezes blowing through the place from the nearby ocean and with the added bonus of ceiling fans, we slept very comfortably. Isabel and Robert (the owners) speak English and were very helpful in every way. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast outdoors on the terrace on a sunny and bright morning amongst the lovely flowers and trees on this property. We hated to have to leave but we'd definitely come back if we're in the Pedasi area in the future.…
This guesthouse is very cozy, located 20 minutes walking to center of Pedasi and 5 minutes walking to beach. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bed is very comfortable and big. There is no air condition or TV. The garden is very beautiful. And all the rooms have oceanview from terrace. The garden is nice and clean. Brekfast is very tasty with homemade bread and jam. And a very nice omelett. The owners Isabell and Robert are very nice and helpfull people. We felt like home and we will make the same choice if we come back to Pedasi some day.
Clean, comfortable, quiet, and the hosts were great. English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese spoken here. A long walk to the beach but it was nice after driving for five hours from Gamboa. Isabelle and Robert made us feel at home and gave us as much space as we wanted. Great home made breakfast included. You can eat it in your room or with the other guests on the patio.
