Finca Paraiso is a hidden gem, as I'm not sure very many tourists know about this place it was mostly locals when I visited on a rainy Sunday afternoon. The hot waterfalls are like a hot tub, really nice to soak and relax, but I don't know if I would have enjoyed them so much on a hot sunny day,...

We stopped hear after our long drive, first we had a picnic lunch overlooking the falls. There were about 10 people enjoying the hot springs when we got there. We had to pay a fee to enter, and an extra 3Q to use the Bano, hmpf. At the falls was another guy 'watching our stuff' I didn't feel the need...

We did not see the rest of the resort here but spent our time at the waterfall. It is a short 5-10 minute hike to reach the waterfall in the middle of the jungle. The water is very warm and the actual waterfall has steam coming off of it. Very unique to see this place. There is a big pool...

This is an absolute MUST visit!! Figure out a way to get there. The hot water falls are amazing!! Standing under the falls with the water pouring on your shoulders is BLISS!! My boys found a way to the top of the waterfalls and jumped into the pools. There's some neat caves under the falls as well. Hard to explain...

Not sure what the rest of the facility is like but the short hike to the waterfall was way worth it. I have never been to a hot waterfall before and it was really cool! Imagine taking a hot shower in a natural setting! The walk is not far although it is a little rough. My twin 5-year-old boys did...

Take a minibus from the main square in Rio Dulce town (departs somewhere at 8AM) and it brings you in 40 minutes to the start of the 20 min hike to the waterfall. The location is amazing and the waterfall is just spectacular. It's not the height or the size of the fall but you lay down in cool water...

I really enjoyed this place, hike up to the top to see the spring HOT! I didn't even know there was a cave above with bats! I'd like to find information on the hotel as well. THis place needs an online presence but they have a really nice guy at the pool to keep an eye on you and your...

Amazing experience - one of the best places in Guatemala. Good for a short stop on your way. Of course, you need to come early morning to avoid crowds and enjoy it alone. You can also make a short trek along the river or climb above the waterfall and have you private pool with warm water.

A magical experience! Try to go there on a weekday as weekends get very busy. It is quite a small place so it can loose a bit of atmosphere when overcrowded. We were lucky to be there on Monday and for a long time we were the only people there (apart from the very nice old man who was a...

This review is for the falls only. Great deep pools to swim into. A huge waterfall to provide a power shower. It also pummels those sore back muscles. We were given a tip that there was a way to the top of the falls. Once there, we were told to look for the source of the hot spring. Also we...
