Ace Hotel New Orleans lives on the corner of Carondelet and Lafayette in one of the best cities on Earth. Our rooms and public spaces are driven by a sense of design and wonder. We have a shimmering pool and bar on the roof, world class dining & drink, and a music venue at the street. We're near art galleries and shopping, museums and cocktails. There comes a point after a hurricane when you just need a break. Unfortunately you don't always know when that's going to be. The Ace Hotel understands and Mellany at the front desk was AWESOME about helping us out when the craziness hit. She was so sweet and understanding. Made check in a breeze. And thanks to her, we are headed out for a night that will remind us why we loved New Orleans enough to move here. Thank you Miss Mellany and thank you ACE HOTEL for taking us in like family.

We had our wedding at the Ace Hotel on October 2 and can’t say enough about how special the Ace Hotel and their staff made our wedding weekend. Against all odds, Hurricane Ida hit New Orleans a month before and Covid, they went over and beyond to make our wedding a wonderful success. Ryan and Bonnie did a great job working with us to get the day setup despite being displaced by the hurricane. They were present the day of to assure the setup went smooth and everything went off without a hitch. They handed it over to John who made sure the night went off flawlessly. The food was amazing and bartenders were amazing. Definitely make sure to include the short ribs on your menu. People are still talking about them. John assigned Jamie the sole responsibility to take care of us

Loved our stay! It’s definitely great energy throughout the hotel from how relaxing yet fun the atmosphere is to the very helpful and kind staff. The rooftop is amazing - the pool was everything! The entire hotel was very clean and safe, a plus for traveling during covid. We loved everyone from front desk to the staff at Alto and Stumptown, they really made our stay comfortable. But special thanks to Scottie at front desk for being extra cool with all our questions and just chit chatting with us! This will be our “home” in New Orleans when returning. I highly recommend.

Very nice hotel, which it may not for everyone. While it is within walking distance of many attractions in New Orleans, many other hotels are closer to the sights. The distance from the commotion is welcomed which is only helped by the very nice rooftop pool and excellent service at the pool. The room had a very interesting vibe which went along with the hotel of feeling in an industrial loft with high ceilings. While the floors were a bit odd, the room to me was very comfy and cozy . The price of the hotel per night was a great deal at the time for 150ish, which is well worth the value. The restaurant on property, Josephine Estelle, is excellent and worth eating at. So while the vibe and feel of the hotel may not be for everyone, if you want a smaller hotel and don't mind

No matter what the commotion outside or in the lobby, our room (only on the second floor) was a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of the streets of NOLA. We couldn't even hear neighbors coming and going like in so many other hotels. The staff were amazingly pleasant and accommodating. We were greeted every . time we walked in the door. The rooftop pool and bar are a gem. The location was great for us. The walk to the Quarter was only 10 mins. No Uber needed. We opted for a room with a patio. It was "shared" but we also had curtains to close off our own private space if we wanted. Ace provides snacks and drinks in your room and there is a refrigerator. Although we did not partake of these amenities, it is nice to know they are there if you need/want them. The fridge came
