This hotel is like a period piece. It's beautifully decorated with an eclectic style that's inviting and a warm welcome from the busy street outside. There are many nooks and crannies to meet or hide from others, all unique. Love the couches and chairs to sit on while sipping drinks or coffee from the coffee bar. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Wish I had more time to hang out there so I could join the dance lessons going on. My favorite experience here was the atmosphere that is inviting and non-pretentious, yet beautiful and always comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and loved the full size fridge and deep bathtub/shower. Definitely on my list of places to return.

I often stay at Ace Hotels as they make chain hotels feel like one offs and always feel unique to the city they are in. NOLA was no different. The bed was a little too firm for my liking and overall, it could use a little refresh but other than that we had a great time and we would go back. The staff were especially welcoming and helpful (maybe a NOLA thing as I have found this city to be so friendly). The roof top was very cool and the bars felt like a perfect blend of big city and secret bar.

Momma needed a solo staycation and The Ace delivered. Asia went out of her way to offer the best experience possible. Rooftop pool, well-styled rooms and friendly & eclectic staff and visitors. Highly recommended for an overnight staycation if you’re into that.

Stayed here for a bachelor party so we booked a bunch of rooms, including the Ace Suite and it was fantastic. Every room was gorgeous and well maintained. The Ace Suite was incredible, perfect for a large group like ours. The Suite was also across the hall from the rooftop pool/bar which was always had a crowd with a fun atmosphere. The Staff was very friendly and quick to respond to any requests. Our group booking agent Christian was exceptional. She went above and beyond to meet our needs, even at the last minute. Overall a very positive experience. Will happily stay here again.

This was my first time staying at The Ace New Orleans although I frequented the bar pool and restaurant previously when I lived in that neighborhood. I had a wonderful experience all around but Asia at the front desk made my stay a dream. She upgraded me to a larger room with a shared patio. Such a serene environment above the city for morning coffee and meditation. Also, I was able to book an extra night with late check out with no interruption. My room was so hip and cool. I’d go back for sure.

I stayed here for one night at the end of a business trip with the intention of getting rest before an early flight. If you like sleep this hotel is not for you! I only managed to get two hours due to the trashy cocaine fueled party in the adjacent room. Although security meant well, and tried to help me it ruined my entire stay. On top of that I would say the rooms are 3 star hotel quality at best. Old dirty cracked linoleum floors, chipped furniture that may be vintage but not preserved well, a bathroom that looks like it’s from the 80s with a black toilet to hide dirt. On a positive note there is a nice lobby to have a drink and cute restaurants walking distance.

Wow! Ouch! "Horrendous"..so harsh. My apology for all the issues you've outlined. We are definitely vintage , but our floors are actually cork. Nonetheless, I don't think a person can speak on a party being fueled with cocaine, if the person wasn't there. It's not something that we condone here in the hotel, but not only that, it's illegal. Our hotel is certainly not for everyone..I'm sorry that you didn't love us. Please have an amazing day...be great!

I absolutely love this hotel more and more each time I stay there - my original stay was years ago when they first opened their doors for my sisters wedding. The vibes are immacualte and the staff is unmatched! I have stayed a couple times since, but this past Memorial Day weekend was such an awesome visit I felt compelled to leave a review. Asia and the rest of the front desk/concierge staff were super accomadtive to not only get us into my favorite room, but also let us check in early so we could change, drop our bags and go explore NOLA. The DJ's at the rooftop pool bar (ALTO) were spinning fantastic tunes and the downstairs lobby was so relaxed & welcoming (with the Air Conditioning PUMPING 24/7!) - this place is a must stay!

I stayed here two nights, Mon-Tues in April 2022. It was fine, but way overpriced for the experience compared to comparable hotels in New Orleans. The positives: good location, free bike rentals (for one hour only), the cocktails were pretty great at the bar, the customer service was wonderful at the front desk, and the medium room was quite large. The bad: the bed was hard as a rock, the AC did not work, the fridge was super loud, they charge you for early check-in or late check-out, and the price of the rooms does not change on weekdays when none of their venues (restaurants, etc) are open. They also don’t mention on their website that they charge you a $25 per day fee after check-out which should be illegal. For the cost of this hotel and the level of experience I have had at other Ace Hotels I was incredibly disappointed and would honestly stay at a holiday inn or something instead. It’s absolutely not worth it. I know service industry is still struggling with Covid so I always give places the benefit of the doubt, but this place is absolutely not worth it. Stay anywhere else next time.

Good Day Bethany..thank you for taking the time to tell us about it! We appreciate the positives..and the bad, because that's how we get better. I can assure you that we have no hidden fees. That $25 destination fee that you're referring to, that is posted to your account daily is clear on our website. I'm sorry that you didn't "love" us. Our hotel is certainly not for everyone. Thanks for trying us out.... Best-
