#46 of 178 hotels in New Orleans
Ace Hotel New Orleans lives on the corner of Carondelet and Lafayette in one of the best cities on Earth. Our rooms and public spaces are driven by a sense of design and wonder. We have a shimmering pool and bar on the roof, world class dining & drink, and a music venue at the street. We're near art galleries and shopping, museums and cocktails. A quick jaunt to the French Quarter classics and just a bike ride to the lively Bywater and Marigny neighborhoods, as well as mystical nooks and corners you can explore on your own all over.

Nice hotel with good amenities and great location but really bad service. We were very exited to stay here because we heard amazing things from the Ace Hotel in NOLA, unfortunately this did not live up to our expectations. They requiere you to call in advance and tell the staff if you want your room to be cleaned, as instructed we called early and said we were expecting to be back at a certain hour, 2 of the 4 days we spent here the room wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, the staff seem to not really care and they didn’t do that much to help us. Also, a bag of chips from the mini bar were expired and rancid. Very poor customer service. We are really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The hotel is a beautiful hotel and it's location is great. But the service is the worst. Twice in our stay we came back to get ready for dinner and twice the bedroom was not ready and cleaned. We also opened a bag of chips and they were rancid and expired. I would not recommend staying here if you care about customer experience.

The Ace New Orleans has everything you want and need in NOLA. Its close enough to the quarter to allow you access when needed but isn't so close that you get all that comes with being in the quarter, and its a trolley ride away from the Garden District. But given the quality of the restaurants both in the hotel, and down the street from it you don't have to go to either of those parts of town. Add that to the rooftop pool and bar and there's no good reason to leave the hotel at all. Just stay in your stylish room, listen to the curated record collection and live out your jetsetter dreams in the comfy couches in the lobby.

When you enter this hotel it's clear that artists designed it. The decor was so well done, and everything from the coffee shop, pool deck, and rooms we were overjoyed by. Shoutout to our Smeg fridge. There is even a classic photo booth right outside the elevators! We were traveling for our anniversary, and they gave us a room with a tub and two free drinks, which we used at the delightful restaurant Josephine Estelle. Also, we are a queer couple and seeing lots of queer artists just working from the coffee shop was pretty great too. All in all we will definitely return. We stan Ace!

I’m very happy with our stay at the Ace. We were far enough from the “crazy” that we could relax and not feel like we were in the middle of it yet we could walk into the French Quarter no problem. We were also just around the corner from a tram stop which was great. The hotel felt very sophisticated- dark rooms and nice little accents. We were very comfortable in the bed too. Bathrooms were good and clean. Lobby was a great meeting ground for me and the 13 others in our party. It never felt crowded or too nuts. There’s a coffee shop downstairs right off the lobby which we all went to each morning. Very convenient. We would stay here again!
