1) absolutely gorgeous hotel.. I loved our room it was so unique, the old creaky wooden floors, the mid century meets industrial decor, the art museum, etc.. it was everything! OH!! Prob my favorite feature was the ice/water dispenser in the hall it’s the little things but at 8am after a night on the town, the ice water is life and it’s like the ice from Sonic that you pay $3 a cup for.... superb. 2) (and maybe more important than the decor and style of the hotel) — preface: I left and integral part of my life sitting in the lobby: my BREAST PUMP! I set it down to take some of the pictures I posted here, and I left it sitting in a chair... long story short I realized hours later (and another STATE away) that it must have been left there.. when I called the hotel the receptionist reassured me that they found it, and would hold it safely until I figured out my life.. WELL, over the next couple of HOURS they (Kate and Brittany) walked me through the process of creating an online shipping label, scheduling a pick up (which I couldn’t figure out) and agreeing to DROP IT OFF FOR MEEEE!!!! It was seriously the nicest thing ever because I literally have had three packages ready to send for like a month and I’m too lazy (or forgetful) to make it to UPS.. so that is a whole entire task and I’m so THANKFUL for their time and patience with me ♥️ Thank you so much Kate and Brittany! Y’all are EXCEPTIONAL and literal life savers!

Very good anti Covid-19 safety measures. Very clean. Stylish retro yet very modern vibe. Fabulous art gallery and gift shop. Impecable rooms. We stayed in a deluxe king room with a very comfortable bed and impecable decor. The staff was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The location of the Old 77 is excellent. We will be back!

Worst hotel experience. Booked a room with 2 queen beds, but were given a room with one bed and pull out sofa that was in terrible condition - mattress was torn and warped. The room smelled like mold, floors were dirty, shower needed a good scrub. The walls in this hotel were so thin we could hear the whole conversation of people next door, who woke us up at 3am in the morning. Left this hotel early, the person that checked us out said to contact Expedia for refund, which the hotel manager did not end up honoring later on. Not sure how this place stays in business.

Martha was the absolute BEST during our check in process. She helped us find parking and took such good care of our family. Dogs even got treats at check in. We grabbed two rooms. Spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be back. We had the pleasure of meeting Britney after Martha a shift was over. More great service. Thank you Old 77 for the great memories ❤️

It's a great location close to the port but still close to the action. The staff at this old-time themed hotel was simply wonderful! They were so helpful to us during our ordeal at the beginning of the COVID-19 ordeal. Our cruise was canceled so they were so helpful getting us a room for multiple more days and understood when we left early. Katherine at the front desk was really helpful giving us hints and setting up tours for us. Ray the valet was so friendly to us and greeted us every day and asked if we needed anything. He suggested the Conchon Butcher restaurant which was great. He really cared about our stay. The bar and restaurant looked really nice but ended up being closed when the city started shutting down. This is where we will stay when we go back to finish our vacation ! Thanks to all of them !
