Nice hotel overall, excellent location. Lovely outdoor courtyard for relaxing after a long day. For the price, I thought the room would be a little nicer and the lobby area a little fancier but it was fine. Loved the citrus infused water that was offered in the lobby.

My family and I stayed here during Spring Break of 2020. Check in was effortless, first impression of the room was nice. I did the Hotel Impossible inspection of the room and found excessive dust on the vent in the room. Otherwise the room was very nice. The courtyard was very nice and we had breakfast there twice which had been comped by management. The breakfast attendant; Aleana was phenomenal and made our whole experience enjoyable. Given the current health situation, we decided to leave early. I were definitely stay here again, as the location is great.

We were extremely pleased with the hotel & the staff were helpful. It was in a great position to be able to get to everything on foot, and so much to do & eat all around us. Breakfast was included & had a great variety.

Great place. Great service. Located just off Bourbon Street. Friendly service. Here during corona virus so restaurants were all closed. But, we made the best of it. I highly recommend this place for a great experience in New Orleans

Overall nice hotel, however we arrived at the beginning of the covid19 virus spread for my sons wedding. Rumors of the city shutting down were growing. Guest were beginning to leave the city in droves, We reserved 3 rooms and inquired about any kind of upgrades that might be applied... we were told no. Not a big deal even though we knew the hotel had plenty of rooms. Front desk not super friendly at check in. Breakfast is NOT included, which we thought it was? At the price you pay for this hotel you would think it would be? Small things like this go a long way when returning for a second visit. Anyway, my son was married in a lovely ceremony at the Napoleon House and we made it home safe and sound. BTW...they were the last to marry at this venue due to the covid19 virus with all others postponed till further notice.
