Stayed for 2 nights, room was nice but the smell was god awful. Smelled of mildew mold or something, any time you would leave the room and come back it would hit you hard! Bathroom was gross, had to shower in a friends room instead. Staff could of been nicer but overall you pay for what you get.

You are always nervous when booking a new hotel, this one is a keeper. Very nice, clean hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is no ice machine. We would definitely stay here again if I have to go back to the doctor.

The first one star score that i have given any hotel. I was locked outside is 95 degree weather until a young lady opened the door. That's not too bad. Upon arrival there was a unwarranted fee, that's not too bad. We learn that hotel parking was 25$ unwarranted so we've been risking get booted, that's bad. First room was dirty so the room was changed and still the room wasnt detailed well... that's bad. Shortage on wash rag to bathe with and room was only supplied one.... that's bad. The main reason I'm writing this message is because i got into an argument with the security guard. First, i was in the wrong because i entered the building with a mask. But upon entering i was yelled in a loud aggressive tone asking "can you see the mask required sign, imma kick ya out if ya dont put it on" i was yelled at... unacceptable. We continued this back and forth for a short moment. While in front of other guests. The level of sheer disrespect cause me to laugh from anger.... disappointed customer, thanks if you have read this far. I recommend everyone pay 10$ more per night and get something better. All of the things wrong isn't worth your energy.

Room was disgustingly gross with hair, stains, broken items, etc.. Staff was complacent/missing and extremely rude. Not a solutions based hotel and more of a roach motel. Traveled the world and this is the first time I’ve been compelled to write a review. I feel bad doing it during a pandemic but there were a lot of options and I should of read other reviews, my fault.

We haven't been able to stay yet but I want to thank Angela for being super-accommodating and flexible when our requirements changed. She took the time to explain the situation and what she could do to help in our circumstances. She is an asset to the hotel.
