Lovely as always. Just a beautifully appointed, luxurious hotel with wonderful staff, great food and fabulous rooms. There is no need to stay anywhere else in New Orleans. The price is incredibly reasonable and the amenities are superb.

We were on our way through New Orleans on the way to the beach so a stop for the night and a great meal drew us to the Quarter. The location is nice as it's on the edge of the Quarter and you can get views of the Mississippi. Watching the boat traffic was lots of fun (try the app Marine Traffic). The cocooning feeling of the hotel starts in the beautiful courtyard when you drive up. We're still not sure how it happened but we were accidentally placed in the Presidential Suite with a reservation for the Club level and a king bed. Once they realized the problem they let us stay!!! The room was beautiful, (I mentioned the view!) and high enough that it was quiet. The room was spotless, sparkling clean and so comfortable. Bed linens and mattress are like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was huge, with a glass door shower (I hate shower curtains in hotels) and a nicely placed sink with seated makeup counter so everyone could get ready at same time. New Orleans is still not open totally due to Covid and some of the employees are doing jobs that were not their typical jobs, but everyone was absolutely nice, professional and helpful and genuinely happy to have people staying in the hotel. While we didn't spend much time there, the lobby is beautiful (the lobby flowers are worth popping your head in for a look!) and inviting, and again sparkling clean. We usually make it to New Orleans every year or two and this is definitely a place I'd stay again. If we had not been on a road trip, we would have enjoyed a trip to the Aquarium or the WW2 Museum as they are both nearby, with the downtown area and much of Magazine within easy distance.

Very nice hotel, extremely nice rooms within walking distance of wwII museum, Mississippi River and French Qtr. convenient to lots of great restaurants. We were in town for my nephews wedding with all activities within 15 minute walk of hotel. Felt safe walking during day and into the night. I highly recommend this hotel . Staff is very attentive , restaurant is good and most of all the beds are very comfortable.

Beautiful hotel in a terrific location to the WWII Museum and French Quarter and top restaurants. The staff was outstanding and very attentive to us. Beautiful art collection throughout the hotel and the guest rooms were very spacious and gorgeous. This was our first stay but will not be the last if we return to the area.

From check in to check out. Everything was perfect. No complaints at all. Staff was very attentive. They even called me to accommodate I request I had for my booking prior to check in. My reservation was for a 2 queen bed, club level suite. The room itself, had a very classic, old school feel but with all the modern plug ins you might need. The balcony was a really nice to have as well. A great view of the city. The club, was a huge bonus. Breakfast, appetizers, snacks, drinks. This was well worth the upcharge compared to a regular room (in my opinion) Each attendant at the club was so friendly and a pleasure to converse with. The breakfast and appetizers were surprisingly very quality! coffee was your standard automatic espresso machine, so that was so-so. I'll make sure I note that The club attendants always wore mask and were very safe as far as covid measures go. Always good to have this peace of mind during these crazy times. Although we didn't have too much time to enjoy it, due to weather. The pool was awesome from what my family and I experienced. Pool deck was clean, water as well. Staff at the pool was very attentive in bringing towels and taking orders for food/drink. Although we didn't have too much time to enjoy it, due to weather. I really wish I could list the names of all the people who helped me. I felt every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond. It's service like this that gives the Windsor a true 5 star rating. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back and staying here at the Windsor Court Hotel.
