The Windsor is an iconic, one of a kind property. The level of attention to detail, name usage and care shown by the team is truly impressive. They got to know my family, my food and drink preferences and truly made me feel at home. I look forward to returning!

A fine british style hotel in the middle of the beautiful city of New Orleans. From the moment you step in, you feel the famous hospitality of the people in this city. Wide smiles, honest and willing to help with anything! The team were amazingly good!

This is one of the nicest hotels in New Orleans. It’s just a different atmosphere when you walk inside. I would recommend eating in the restaurant—they offer $25 lunch plates with a meat + 3 sides, and it was by FAR the best dining experience I could’ve had in the city.

Greeted warmly. Our room is amazing. The customer service has been outstanding. I would recommend the Windsor Court most highly. It’s location, history and fine touches separate it. The restaurants are also first class and the service superb.

We stayed at the Windsor Court hotel for 4 nights. The hotel entrance is beatiful and the staff are very attentive. We had a suite which was very spacious, clean and luxurious. The seating area (living area) was lovely and the bedroom/bed was one of the most comfortable beds i have slept on in a hotel. The hotel is perfectly positioned in what i felt was a safe area and very close to the French Quarter. This was our first visit to New Orleans and very enjoyable. If i have any cons for the hotel it was that the bar area had no atmosphere and in two visits we only saw one other couple. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if i return.

Just returned from a 4 night stay. Typically we stay at the Monteleone, but decided to try Windsor due to the spacious rooms and better price point. We booked a premium suite with our 17 yr old son on the 18th floor facing the river. The view was wonderful! The room was huge! The a/c was cold! Sofa bed was comfortable and we all had space and privacy to spread out. The hotel is just beautiful inside in the common areas, and our room was super clean and had a luxurious feel. We all slept like babies and the beds were divine. The doormen and front desk were friendly and hospitable. The location is close enough to walk everywhere, but in a quiet corner right next to Canal with easy access to the Quarter as well as the street car. It was about a 12 minute walk to Jackson Square. We never heard any noise from outside after 11pm, and we never heard other guests while in our room. It was a relaxing, peaceful oasis after a long day in the Quarter! I highly recommend this hotel for a family vacay, or a romantic couples get away! This is now our favorite NOLA hotel! Thank you Windsor Court for exceeding our expectations with your excellent service and genuine southern hospitality!

What makes this hotel 5 stars is the service. From the moment we pulled up in the car until we left, we felt the staff cared about us having a great experience. We had multiple conversations with staff (concierge, bellman, front desk, bartenders, etc.) and not only did everyone seem to genuinely care that you felt taken care of but also took the time to stop what they were doing and talk with us. Specifically, the bartender in the club lounge (his name is escaping me right now) talked with us for over an hour about traveling. This place is a step above, and we look forward to our next stay there.

Detailed Review for suite and club level access Loved, loved our stay. Everyone treated us with top notch service from bell boy to front desk. The service in the Club level lounge is beyond all expectations. If you can consider adding this service to your trip. In the lounge, it's a wonderful continental breakfast (which is more like a full breakfast than a continental). They have a tea service with sandwiches and a evening appetizer along with a full bar. (Ask for Chuck, he will take car of you, he's great). Our room was beautiful and the bed was a dream to sleep on. I cannot say enough about our time there.

Overall best hotel. Wonderfully appointed decor and furnishings. Friendly, helpful and extremely attentive staff. Housekeeping was outstanding and detail-oriented. Club suite lunge was excellent - gorgeous views of the city. Superior food and drinks. Christopher and Chuck in the club suite lounge and Dennis in concierge provided outstanding service. Thank you for an excellent stay, we will be back. Luxurious and beautiful- highly recommend.
