House keeping. skipped my room everyday. Not sure why the front desk at check in asked me if I wanted house keeping. No room service. And noises boats honking their boats before 6am. Expensive parking

The hotel was great for a quick couples get away. Great location on the Mississippi River in the French Quarter. The room was very clean and well stocked. We had a great view of the river and loved being able to watch the ships in the river.

The main reason to stay here remains location. This Westin Canal place has fallen quite a notch from its past glory 25 years ago. Non existent valet service. Sub par front office checkin staff. Even though Hotel is half empty, they booked us into a room with no view, when they could have given us a River view room across the hall. Even though I booked a breakfast package, no mention of this at check in. I had to remind them the next am or they would have charged me for breakfast. I understand if they don’t clean the room for a two night stay, but they should restock the coffee in the room. By the Way, they had cheap Maxwell house coffee in the Hotel. WTF? This is a Westin. They should have Gevalia, or illy, or at the very least in New Orleans—CommunityCoffee. Overall, this Westin needs to lead the way for NOLA out of this Covid slump. Be part of the solution- not part of the problem.

What an excellent hotel stay! The team was spectacular from before we even arrived. Excellent communication from the hotel team. The fresh renovation is lovely and the rooms spotless. We were traveling for a special occasion and the team send up a bottle of champagne to help us celebrate. There were a couple of little engineering things turned over to the desk at checkout but nothing that hurt the stay at all. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Beautiful views from the rooms are absolutely matched by the excellent, detailed, kind, and unobtrusive service offered at this hotel.

Had a great time in New orleans. Hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. I did not like the bed. It was horribly uncomfortable and the pillows were way too soft. I had back and neck pain every night and did not get much sleep. Other than that it was a great vacation and me and my family greatly enjoyed ourselves.
