    AMAZING!
A lovely hotel! Was very clean and modern kinda hipster feel. When we got to our room I was sweating like crazy from the summer heat and while the room was a normal cool temperature I called the desk for a standing fan which they brought up within minutes and greatly improved my comfort during my stay. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The room was decently sized and decor/design choices were stellar. I randomly got a corner room witch had floor to ceiling windows on 3 of 4 walls (including in the bathroom) but there were blackout shades and sheer curtains as well! They didn’t mention this when we checked in but there is a sun longe/balcony on the 6th floor with lights strung above and patio furniture for drinks or a date night with takeout. There was also a small fitness center with treadmills, a stationary bike, ellipticals, and separate men and women’s saunas (and also bathrooms). A surprise perk! While there are no fridges or microwaves in room there is an ice machine so you could potentially just keep food chilled and sneak to a nearby hotel lobby to reheat lol (I did ask to use a microwave which they said was for employees only so weather they’d heat things for you probably depends on who you catch working). For parking across the street (uncovered pay at kiosk) I paid $90 for 3 days. It was $26 a day plus tax and I didn’t feel worried at all about leaving my car there overnight without monitoring it. Location was close enough to walk to French quarter or Warehouse district but a 2 block walk gets you to the canal street trollies which get you pretty much anywhere. You can purchase a day pass in person on a trolley or through the RTA app for just $3! Overall I loved my stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

    Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient
I stayed her for three nights in January/February 2020 and was extremely impressed! The entire hotel was spotless and had a lovely, bright feel. The beds were comfortable and I loved the aesthetic look of the modern furniture and art with the classic New Orleans architecture. The showers are AMAZING. The hotel itself is in an incredibly convenient location (it's on several bus routes and walking distance to the Canal Street trolley) but is off the beaten path enough that you don't hear the loudness of the city. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check in early, then held my luggage post-check out while I did some pre-flight exploring. I love the nighttime milk & cookies - such a sweet touch. I will definitely be back!
Dear N883FYhannahs, Thank you for the wonderful 5 STAR Rating and spectacular comments about our friendly staff, Amazing Showers, new modern design, comfortable beds and great location. Please come back and see us again and I hope you are able to experience our restaurant Laurel Oak the next time you are here so that we can "WOW" you again. Sincerely,

    Wonderful getaway
We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was. It was very clean. They were pet friendly with $0 dollar pet fee which is very rare. The room only cost us $105 with tax and fees. Very reasonable. We were only 2 blocks from the French Quarter and enjoyed the easy walk. Valet parking ended up being right in front of the hotel so once we parked our truck it stayed right in front during our stay. We could even see it from the room. The room was not very sound proof and we could hear our neighbors and people walking in the hall and on the street. But, you don’t expect to have much peace and quiet in N.O. If you want more peace and quiet ask for a room off the street. Wish I had thought of that and I usually do when staying in the heart of the French Quarters but since we were out of FQ I didn’t think about. But it is a big city and has all the big city noises. The front desk clerk was very sweet and helpful and assured us that most of N.O. Is dog friendly and they were. We were able to get our 10 pound shi-poo into every courtyard we enquired about and into some stores. This may have been due to being in covid and restaurants and stores are more lenient. It was a great getaway from daily life.
Dear G8537melaniec, Thank you for the wonderful 5 STAR rating and Super Nice comments about the Hotel, location, Cleanliness and staff. We all look forward to seeing you again soon the next time your travels bring you to the New Orleans area. Sincerely,

Stayed 2 nights. Great time and accommodations -- especially Adam, who checked me in, gave me all the pertinent information clearly and succinctly AND with a friendly, good-humored manner. He also was a lifesaver when my very late night cab-to-the-airport failed to arrive. He called the company and BadaBoomBadaBing -- cab was there in 10 minutes. Way to go Adam. See ya later!

The moment I walked into the hotel and noticed how clean and neat everything was, I knew I had made the right decision. But it wasn’t until during check in and meeting Adam, that amplified the experience. Adam literally became out tour guide and provided such amazing customer service and laughter until we all became like family. He was truly the highlight of our entire experience!

It was a very clean/safe hotel and we loved our 4-night stay there! The location is amazing… it isn’t in the middle of the hustle and bustle so it was quiet at night, and everything we wanted to do/see a short walk away. The staff was amazing - Adam made us feel welcome from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. All of the staff was extremely kind and helpful, and it’s apparent that they take pride in their work. The only reason I am not giving it a 5-star review is because I feel like the hotel could do a better job of routine/preventative maintenance. On our second day, the supply line to the bathroom sink sprung a leak, forcing us to move rooms. The on-site staff handled it gracefully, but with the hotel being in an old historic building, a little preventative maintenance will go a long way.

Calm newly renovated place next to French Quater. The rooms are big and the beds are comfy. The gym and the pool are under construction. What made our stay outstanding was Adam. He checked us in and he gave us plenty of needful information to get around in Nola. We could ask him any question and he had an convenient answer for us. Thank you so much for everything.

Hotel is beautiful and in good location. Staff are also really lovely and very efficient with their assistance. Adam was especially great, fixing our keys in the early hours of the morning with no problem at all and was just really lovely to talk to. Would definitely recommend as a good location to stay in when visiting New Orleans
